Nice, large club level. Good size bar and a lot of seating available. Pretty cool view of the planes as well.
Pretty lounge with lots of seats. Had a 4 hour layover after a red-eye flight so this was the perfect place to wait. Espresso machine serving Illy coffee is a nice touch, but the breakfast options were just okay. Made myself a mimosa with the Prosecco offered at the bar and I was set.
Nice United Club. Food, drinks, plugs for your electronics. Closed early (9:15 pm) but I had to leave then anyway.
The brisket was nothing like any of these pictures. It was nasty chewy and 90% fat. The sausage & corn were great, fries so so, but this is comically overpriced. 28.82 for this mess. Hard pass
Excellent place to hang out for long layovers. Membership is $1,300 per year for two but includes free food and drinks. Free WiFi as well. Seats are comfortable and everything is very clean. A better value is to get the Chase United Miles plus Club credit card for $525 a year for yourself and two guests plus you get 80,000 bonus miles a $775 savings per year plus an extra guest and you build up miles for free trips. We travel to Mexico multiple times a year with 6 hour layovers, so the club makes the layovers more pleasant.
Apparently, I have a mania for arriving at the airport 3 hours early so this club comes in handy. They serve some food and the bar is open. Nice place to give things a charge before your flight and to hopefully avoid a trip to the WC in-flight!
Not worth it, if you have to pay $60. The service is good. The food selection is ok, snacks, hot soup, sandwiches, chips. Bar selection is ok. Just know, you'll have to pay for premium, top shelf alcohol. If you think about it, you can get a pretty decent dinner with drinks in the airport for$60.It's rather odd that they have tight restrictions. I was surprised that I was not allowed access with a first class ticket. I ended up using one of my two annual passes from my annual subscription to the United Explorer Card, $100 annual fee credit card. That and a current boarding pass allowed my"free "access. That it's the very first time ever using a Club Pass.If my passes were not going to expire soon and two hours till boarding, I would have hung out at the gate or get done exercise. My travels have lessen significantly. I'm planning to cancel my credit card. No real advantage for annual fee.
Well, what can I say. There are way nicer airport lounges around the world. We only had coffee and some nuts to snack on, nothing looked appetizing enough to eat it. It's not luxury but lot better than waiting in the general public areas.
Shame on the counter person. Christmas eve not letting me in with my son. In Dallas no problem but Houston girl just really bad vibes. One good but other bad United.
It was very lack luster. A bit less comfy than competitive travel clubs. Food is packaged and not for anyone with a dairy allergy, unless you just love slim Jim's as a meal. The Polaris club is the only way to go.
