Horribly slow service, you will be waiting to even be spoken to for at least ten minutes. Then you’ll be waiting another 15 minutes for your order. I was also hesitant about paying because they are proud of their sandwiches. BUT … I just ate the best damn grilled cheese sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It made all of the glitches they have going on worth it! I suggest getting the brisket one. (Side note: request with no jalapeños if you don’t like spice - It’s no where on the menu nor was I told or asked if I even wanted them, so it’s a good thing I like them - but I can see how that can be a problem for some.)

The philly cheese steak was actually good, but not 13.99 good with no sides. 5.99 for waffle fries that where just OK. The price alone makes me not recommend!
The cashier who took my order was very kind. But the food itself was just over priced and not that great.I realized my sandwich had little fuzzies on the bread. I tired getting a picture but it wasn’t showing up on camera. Seamed to be cooked into the bread. Might’ve been something they used to wipe the grill. The sandwich was not all that great seemed to have little pepperoni and was a little dry as well. I also had the Parmesan waffle fries but they were a little too greasy for my liking. Overall the staff was nice but the food was not.
Save your money! My 5 cheese was bland with little flavor… lots of cheese, just no flavor. It took in excess of 15 minutes to get a simple sandwich and the place was practically empty. I can’t imagine it when they are busy.
Enjoyed our dinner at TGC. Staff was nice and greeted us quickly. The tables were clean as well as the restrooms. Food was prepared and delivered in a timely manor. Sandwich was good but after it cooled the last few bites was a little grainy not sure if a type of cheese caused it. I would eat here again. Thanks for a nice meal.
I had high hopes for the food here but was disappointed by the lack of flavor punch. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken. It was a lot more bland than expected from a buffalo sandwich. The coleslaw placed inside it didn’t have any flavor at all but did provide a nice crunch to break up the texture experience. My wife had the pepperoni pizza sandwich and she enjoyed it very much. We also ordered the brisket nacho fries. It wasn’t the flavor I was expecting. The brisket was sweet instead of savory and the sauce was even more sweet to the point I couldn’t tell it was bbq sauce; tasted more like a smokey chamoy. I’d be willing to give it a second chance but I have no clue what I’d order.
Ventured out for grilled cheese b/c a recent IG post regarding Twisted Grill Cheese(Katy) but Google Maps wanted otherwise haha. I enjoyed a chicken Philly grilled cheese, waffle fries, and refreshing mint tea. The toast was crunchy, cheese stretchy, and overall yummy
It took me 40 minutes to get my to go order. I had to ask 3 times about it. One of the workers said they think my food was given to someone else by mistake. She apologized, gave me a refund and quickly made my order. I ordered the smokehouse brisket grilled cheese (- the jalapeño) and it was quite tasty. The brisket was good, but I thought the barbecue sauce was too sweet. Cheesecake bites were too sweet too, but soft and gooey. Their customer service was good. If I go back, I’ll ask for the brisket in no sauce if it can be made that way.
When I tell you..”Best gourmet craft grilled cheese sandwich” know that I’m referring to Twisted Grilled Cheese! First tried them as a food truck a couple years back; brought the family and ordered one of everything. We not only ate everything, we had fun and shared the food. Something about a grilled cheese sandwich makes things easier, and they’ve mastered it. This visit was to the brick and mortar location on Washington. Food is consistent. The crunch of the bread.. gezz! Love this place!!
