Cece was awesome , best service we had all week at any restaurant we went to. Great food , great personality and beautiful women with an awesome smile
Customer service is not a priority for these model servers.Managers is a great person and truly is doing his best. But hearding cats is near impossible.Also they need a watchman, security, off duty police or at least a horn that goes of randomly in the parking lot for theft deterrence.Franchise like these crash sooner or laterHowever for the mean time they ride on huge profit with zero regard to customer experience.
Isabel early on a Monday is one of the best servers I've had. Really good attention to detail. Super good experience! And she made me a coffee. So nice?
My wife and I stopped in here after picking our hotel nearby. There is a large parking lot so parking is very easy and the grounds kept very clean. The employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The menu has many options and the food is very good, lots of flat screen televisions around the bar and dining areas showing many different types of sports. A very good place, well worth the stop!
What an awesome environment! I’d never been to a Twin peaks before, but they surely set the standard for sports bars. My waitress was Nicole, who was very friendly, joyful, and easy to talk to. (Beautiful too, If I might add) She consistently checked up on me to verify my drink was full, and I was content as I caught up on all the games and sports news.I was honestly sad when I realized time had flew by as the employees turned on all the lights and started putting up chairs. 10/10 would recommend.
Was a very cool spot. My 9 year old found the young ladies to be very intriguing on his eyes. He just had to have a photo.But for the review. The Brisket Nachos were to die for. Them spicy meatballs are life. My boys enjoyed their burgers. Atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. Nice outside firepits. Lots of tvs for all sports and entertainment. We enjoyed ourselves and will be returning
I’ve never been to a sports bar before but a group of friends wanted to go there so I went there with them. Many TVs with full or sports channels. I don’t drink nor eat meat but I had a good time with my friends. Some vegetarian options are available so I was content with that, although all we did were eating chips and talks!?
I wish I could give way more than 5 stars to be honest, I have never been to a restaurant and had a waitress that took so much pride and honor in her appearance and honor in her work ethic! The waitress’s name was Abby! Her attention to detail and the way she didn’t even have to write down my order was exceptional to say the least! The service she provided was absolutely phenomenal! I don’t go to many restaurants per my occupation is abroad, though this experience will keep me coming back time and time again! The management team including Amy, are top tier the food is absolutely amazing. The way Amy and other managers train the waitresses and the bar they set is why the waitress I had was so spectacular! The food was savory to say the least and the service was immaculate! I will be definitely be going back to see Abby and her manager Amy!
I was looking for somewhere with out door seating and came across twin peaks, was hesitant because it is described as a sports bar but.. it didn’t disappoint. Ayah is a excellent server I’ll be back. Very attentive and suggested great shots and they all were very tasty and got me buzzed. Not bad on pricing. The feel of the place was pretty pleasant.
I've had the luxury of traveling around the US for work and have visited twin peaks in every state I've worked in which is more than both hands full There has only been 4 other locations that I have had the excellent service like I received from this location. My server Jennifer was more than just a beautiful girl she was an excellent server with excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone going here but definitely ask for Jennifer she will make your visit an amazing one. She really took care of me and my 2 sons on our visit.
