Great service! Two young ladies greeted me and started working on my smoothie and flatbread fairly quickly. I got the sunset smoothie, peanut butter crunch flatbread. Delicious. Will definitely be back.
I tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was delicious! I got a blueberry bliss smoothie, and a chicken bacon ranch Flatbread sandwich with chips. The food and they smoothie were great. The place was very clean and had good vibes.
Usually, the smoothies I receive from this location are bomb ? They’re delicious! Recently they’ve updated their app, so now you can rack up reward points to earn free things. I used some today to get a free smoothie. My husband and kids’ were of great quality. Mine, the one that was discounted, came out not blended all the way, was super crunchy; basically more like a yogurt with granola that I had to chew constantly. Worst smoothie I’ve ever had from here. Glad I didn’t pay for it.
This is an awesome establishment every time I come in I’m greeted and it’s always all smiles. They remember me and my order lol ? I use to go to smoothie king but I tried tropical smoothie and let’s just say I’m hooked overall a great place! ?
I am a long time customer for tropical cafe smoothies.The customer service is poor here.2 bad experiences.Instead of apologizing with not reading details of order Indian guy arguing with me if I am sure.Another day I asked for cup holder for my 2 smoothies lady there looking at me like why and smoothie tasted like water..I will continue driving to the next location.The morning crew is better .Late afternoon crew I am not sure about.Smoothie taste is subpar compared to Dallas and Richmond locations I frequently visit
Terrible Experience!!! Drinks were watery and food was bad paid extra for extra meat very small amount and expensive called to let Manager know he blamed delivery driver and said nothing he could do. I will never spend my money here again.
I usually do takeout but they offer dine in. The food is always on point and the staff are friendly.
Food is pretty good, but customer service is hit and miss. The normal guy who answers the phone is nice, but the other worker there is ridiculously rude. I get people may be having a bad day, but if it's that bad that you feel the need to be rude, go take a breather outside or call in sick for the day. Since that guy normally has an attitude though, I'm guessing it's just his demeanor. Probably have some more returning business if that guy wasn't allowed to interact with customers.
I ordered from them today and this was what they gave me!!! Then when I tried to call and resolve it no one wants to answer the phone after using 1000 year old bread!!! Threw up everywhere at work!!! This is u professional and a health hazard!!! You will be hearing from me!
Best smoothie place! Smoothie king could NEVER even come close, I don’t even consider them a smoothie company. Personally I think this place is better than Jamba. All of the menu items are bomb and I love the combo for chips, smoothie, and a quesadilla. This place is always spotless and the staff is always so nice. Wish there were more locations!
