Not a place I would recommend from my experience, I got a terrible case of stomach flu from the chicken wrap and chicken quesadilla. Additionally my food was soggy and the quesadilla wasn't even grilled, it was just ingredients slathered on two two pieces of tortilla. Again this is my experience, So take it or leave it.
Customer service was good... I've been to this location twice and my smoothie tasted horrible... Whoever is making these smoothies needs to learn how to make them properly... they put too much ice and water in my smoothie... all the ingredients that needed to be in there for my Chia banana boost were not in there...they forgot to put my extra peanut butter, forgot to put my dark chocolate, did not blend it right... This is the second time my smoothie tasted like water... First time I had island Green...I may never come back to this location...
The rating is specifically for the customer service. The gentleman was very nice. However unfortunately the smoothie and sandwich wasn't great. I threw it away.
It was my first time eating here and surely won't be the last. Really enjoyed the Caribbean jerky chicken wrap and jalapeño corn. The place is clean and the service is outstanding. I was greeted in and greeted out.
Sometimes it's the little things. Came where with my kids for a treat after having dinner next door. We ordered smoothies. It wasn't busy at all. Just us and another family of 2 ordering. My 4-year-old daughter dropped her smoothie on the floor. 1st of all, I tried to notify the staff and was ignored. It took several minutes. Then my wife asked for napkins, and the 2 girls working ignored her. Then just watched my daughter cry and didn't offer or engage us to have it replaced. I got annoyed by the lack of engagement and just left. Look, I know that things are tough but I've literally never been to a place or worked in a restaurant that wouldn't replace a smoothie or drink that a child dropped. I've worked in smoothie shops before, and this was just a no-brainer. Why is the staff so lackadaisical about responding to patrons that are asking for assistance? Is a 4-year-old really just tough out of luck?... Why was my wife ignored? Why did it take so long for me to get staff to engage us?.... Just super disappointing.
Great place and great smoothies. Super friendly staff most days of the week.I Love to go here on Fridays because they offer 1/2 price smoothies on Friday's.Also try a wrap... there worth the price.
Upon pulling up to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe, parking was a little challenging. The Cafe was super clean inside. The staff was nice enough. The Smoothie was delicious and refreshing. I wish I could order different sizes.
Great smoothies, consistently good quality and reasonably priced. I also enjoy their southwest wrap quite a bit. The service has always been good as well.
The service is amazing. Specially the manager Datt and Brijesh takes good care of me always. Love this tropical smoothie.
Every time and I mean EVERYTIME I order from them via ubereats they always forget items. This time around they forgot to add dressing to my Thai salad. I won’t be ordering from this location ever again. SmhI am a nurse working night shift and when I sit down to eat it doesn’t feel good to be missing items.
