Great food omg. The service is always a bit slow but the food is so worth it. I’ve tried a few things across the menu and all have been delicious. Reasonably priced for large portion sizes.
First time here. Horrid customer service, smelly menu with outdated prices. They take your order then ring up with higher prices than what's on the menu. When I asked, she said those are old prices but had no interest in printing new menus. The people there laughed and agrees with my question but were clearly used to paying more than listed. The height of black/African mediocrity. It's really not hard to update a decrepit old menu which stinks and has many letters rubbed off.I hope the food is good. Still waiting for it. Sigh.
Last time going there! I went for dining in and sat there for 40 minutes waiting for them to take my order. The server went to take someone else’s order before mine when I was there first. I guess I must have been invisible. Anyway, one person cannot do the job alone. You need to hire more people!
Very nice very clean pleasant atmosphere and great food
This is one of the best African restaurants in Houston. I gladly make that 25 midi drive just to get my favorites my wife and I will forever be fans of this place. Highly recommended
The food is delicious and flavorful overall. We had the yam pottage, grilled fish and spinach. The servings come in very large portions and are enough for two people .\\n\\nThe service is a bit slow and unprofessional though.
Their peppered soup is so good. If you live it really spicy..then this is a good stop for it.
I came in with my wife. Nobody attended to us for over 10mins. When someone finally did, we waited another 25mins before the food was finally served.The garri/eba came strong, dry and cold. The egunsi soup was stale!!!My own food, oatmeal was cold and wouldn't come together. My ogbono soup with orisirisi came with beef and chicken!!!!!My worst eatout experience home and abroad.I promise not to use the street again, going to the restaurant is completely impossicant ie impossible and can never be.
The food was ok. I’m sorry the amount of food you get with the price is crazy, 22.00 and I couldn’t share with my boyfriend. Do better especially since there is so much competition around. Also, the place needs a major upgrade
