Their dumplings here are amazing we loved the ones that we tried. We also had their orange chicken and it was good but not as good as other places. The service was top notch one of the few places I have not had a long wait as of recent due to staff shortages. The prices felt a little high to me for what you get in quantity and thus the 4 star review. I will be back in the future because they are great dumplings!

Went here tonight for the first time, it was excellent! we really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and came out hot.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere!

Pleasant atmosphere...Quaint... Good service.

This place was really good classic dumplings and good noodles. The food came out really quick too. Overall I enjoy my time there. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing but if you want a solid meal that’s dumping related then this is a good spot! The staff was great too

Really nice evening at Trendy Dumpling. The service was sooo great and they made our first visit excellent. The place was clean and they have an open kitchen where you can see the cooks making noodles by hand!We had the chicken dumplings, orange chicken, combination lo-mein, and beef noodle soup. The food came so fast, it was really solid and and we're looking forward to our next visit.

Had high expecations for these soup dumplings from the high rating the restaurant has on Google. I was fairly dissapointed. The texture of the dumplings did hold well and contained the soup inside while picking up. The flavors weren't there. The chicken soup dumplings was bland and the pork had a weird flavor. Also had the Beijing duck and it comes two ways (three if you add the soup). The duck with the pancakes (great thin pancakes and presentation) and also stir-fried with some onions. The stir fried duck lacked flavor and was dry. The duck for the pancake, although the skin was super crispy was bland.

Worth the trip from San Antonio! Why can't we have something like this there??! We had Pork Soup Dumplings, spicy Won Tons, Dan Dan Noodle and Biang Biang Noodle. Every bite was delicious and the hot oil is so flavorful. Staff was super friendly and super fast service.

The Beef noodle soup was absolutely what you need when it's cold. The broth is deep in flavor with that beef tender. You can see them make the noodles within a few feet away. They also do their General Tso's Chicken right. Very crispy, but not too greasy. Dumplings were also filled full. Definitely a spot to stop by again.

This was my 2nd time coming here during lunch. The first time I came pretty late before they were closing. My experience was really different this round and it was incredible. The siu mai was pretty small for an average size that you would usually see during a dim sum place but the filling was surprisingly juicy and the wonton wrapping was soft and not mushy. The biang biang noodles was chewy, springy and the vegetables went well with it. The dish can be pretty spicy for some but not too much. (Please try though!) My friend got the orange chicken which came out hot and crispy. The chicken itself on the inside was still tender. One of our waiter recommendation was the salt and pepper shrimp: not bad and shrimp was fresh. Every dish was sharable.
