I love Timmy Chans and I'm from Charlotte NC, and when I come to Texas Timmy Chans is my first stop. This location is the worst I ever ever had. I'm so disappointed I don't know how to even put it into words

Today was a disappointment to say the least. I've come to this place for YEARS. Especially now since I actually live in the area now. I've accepted old wings from this place... shouldn't have. I've accepted mediocre service... shouldn't have. Then today I order a Hot N Spicy Shrimp and got Hot N Spicy bell peppers and onions! 5 shrimp! FOR $10! I called and was told I was lying! No accommodation or empathy. Steer clear of this place folx. Not worth it!

My food was not cooked all the way and the cheese puffs were stale and the inside was translucent. Extremely nasty food the worst location I’ve ever been to.
The chicken was extremely salty and the fries were not cooked. I’ll never return and I was so excited to have a Timmy Chan’s in my area. Almost 20 dollars down the drain.
