First time at this location! The staff was great and quite cheerful! I ended my search for key lime pie here and I was not disappointed! It was a beautiful pie, creamy just the right balance of lime! I don't eat many sweets due to health reasons but For some reason i was craving key lime pie! A google search landed me here am i was happy!! The other sweets looked just as good. I don't know if $24 is expensive for a pie but it was worth it. I would love to go back and have a coffee , the aroma of coffee was so pleasant. Nice location, I laughed at the bistro table and chair set up behind the restaurant, i figured was a break spot for the employees! Will go back!
All I can say is WOW! Their selection is out of this world AND they are very knowledgeable about the items available for purchase. My son had so much fun selecting his pastry. Will be back, no doubts about it. So many items that sounded amazing, lots to try!
Incredibly nice staff. Great frosting. Beautiful looking cake. And that's why they are getting two stars. The flavor of the cake was...not great. It was incredibly bitter. It was also very crumbly. As a baker myself, my guess is that they put too much baking soda or powder in the batter, which can cause both of those things. I ended up binning the cake. Very unfortunate.
I am so upset. The customer service was good but the cake was not. I ask if they have a vanilla cake and the person that was helping us said no but then their co worker mentioned there was one left in the back and I purchased the vanilla cake for $49.99 + $5.00 tip = $55 total spent. The cake had very thick hard frosting. The cake completely fell apart from just cutting a slice. Tasted old and very dry .I called for a refund but there wasn’t an answer. I would like to return the cake for a refund.Update: Called store again spoke with the manager and she was super nice and agree on refund . I went to return the cake the supervisor was super nice as well and process the refund . The customer service from everyone here is wonderful but just an unhappy experience with a cake . I might give them another chance in the future .
Been going to the original literally all my life, this location is closer to us. Stopped by today and love the new upgrades! Looks beautiful inside.Some of the item I might usually get looks a tad on the over done side (almost burned) but there was enough selection to get other things :)This is a delightful family tradition I have core memories of when I was young and now pass onto my children!I always need rye bread, rum balls, gingerbread men, rainbow cookies and I love the fruit Danish! My girls have their own favorite, they love the button cookies with icing in a cup!
When I tell you I've been searching high and low looking for a bakery that reminds me of back home in MS for my birthday, I'm so glad I chose Three Brothers Bakery for my birthday cake. I wanted simple and pretty, and that's exactly what it was. So pretty and tasted sooooo good! It was so moist, and everything I hoped for and more with my cake. And it seems like as the days go by it taste better and better lol. Again I thank them for making my cake! This may be where I start getting my birthday cakes from here on out! This was from January!
They made a beautiful cake for daughter’s 2nd Birthday with only a few days notice. Very friendly and patient customer service. Delicious cake.
I got the italian cream cake this morning when I asked for the less sugary option and it was one of the worst cakes I have ever had. Frosting was supposed to be cream cheese per the person at the front but it tasted like an over sweet buttercream frosting. The cake itself was also mushy. Overall quality was at the same level as grocery store day old cakes and definitely not worth the money. We throw the whole cake away
I usually get the cream cheese brownie. However I’m glad I got to try to raspberry king cake for Mardi Gras. It was Amazing
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THREE BROTHERS BAKERY!I placed an online order for 2 King Cakes on 01/02/2022. The next day (01/13/2022) I called to confirm my order and update 1 cake to a different filling.On 01/17/2022 I arrived to pick-up my order and they only had 1 cake. I never received a phone call or email saying my order could not be completed. I reiterated this order was for a party and I desperately needed the cakes. The cashier blamed 'corporate', so I asked for a refund (which has not been posted to my credit card) and left.(I would HIGHLY recommend Rao's Bakery off Cypresswood Dr. After I left Three Brothers, I called Rao's and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was able to pick-up 2 AMAZING King Cakes for our party without any issues.)
