Came to Houston for my daughter birthday and we wanted to get her a cake. Three bothers bakery did not disappoint. The Neapolitan cake was delicious and moist. Price was great too!!
The service was phenomenal!!!! Purchased several things...Twix Cookie - no caramel and cookie lacked sweetness. Carrot cake & Red Velvet cupcakes were both very esthetically appealing. While the cream cheese icing was so lovely; both cupcakes were lacking distinct flavors, extremely dry and crumbly. The other cookies were great, as well as, the Vanilla Latte being one that could rival a Starbucks. I'd pit stop for cookies and coffee and pass on the cakes entirely. Can't say it's worth a special drive from Clear Lake.
I lost control and got 6 cupcakes... the lady working was VERY nice! My favorites were the lemon and chocolate with the cylindrical sprinkles... can't remember the name for that one. The cheesecake one doesn't really taste like cheesecake at all. It's more of a vanilla pudding flavor, which I still enjoy. Will definitely come back!
Amazing cake, amazing staff at 3 brothers bakery. I spoke with Daniel who took my order at the Washington location. And the taste was so good. I will be ordering from this bakery from now on. The flavor for this cake was chocolate with mocha buttercream. My guests would not stop raving about how yummy the cake was. Great service, and the cake tuned out beautiful.
Good dessert selection and solid service here. Got a slice of cream cheese king cake which was pretty good. Also got a cookies and cream cupcake which I didn’t like at all. I’m sure the other desserts are all worth trying tho
I need some French roll. Qty=36 and the girl said the ones over the counter are for somebody else. And you have no more French rolls. I don’t understand why you cannot order online or by phone. Look like you don’t wanna make business. I drive up to the other bakery store on Washington ave. But I call back to guesser locations. And I ask the same girl on the phone if they have French rolls and she reply back that if I need I need to come and get it. I was there only 5 minutes ago. Look like attendant is distracted and don’t know what they doing? Your employees make look your bakery worst than regular bakery store. I feel sorry for you owner that have no focus on customers. I Travel all the way down to breaswood location. I they really nice and have great customer service .
Ordered 2 types of rye bread online. When I picked them up had to try some of the deserts. White chocolate macamian cookies were delicious. Very good rye bread too. I will be back.
Their hamantaschens are always TO DIE FOR! The shortbread recipe is incredible. I always get the blueberry one. If the owners see this - can you recommend another item in your pastry that uses the same shortbread, if there is one? I’d love to try more! I come here every time I’m in the area to treat myself. I also snag a petit four or two if they are available. Perfect for small get togethers with friends, or a personal little treat :)I did want to add - when I first started coming here, I would buy the gingerbread man. Was a huge fan! It was slightly chewy with great flavor. However, recently they’ve been on the crunchy side. Still delicious!! Just not *personally* preferred. I’m only curious - are they normally supposed to be on the crunchy side, or more tender chewy side? I understand many traditional gingerbread recipes are more crunchy, so no complaints here! I want to order them again next time I’m there, but on that particular cookie, I’m a picky-mickey ?
I shop regularly at Three Brothers. Most often I buy challah, but also rolls, other breads, pastries, and hamantaschen. I like their single slice desserts, and have bought whole cakes for special occasions. Many of their offerings are my favorites. Customer service is consistently excellent. Highly recommended.
Super friendly and effective service, they were very helpful in helping me decide what to order. I ended up with two of the little pastures with glazed sugar on top and a cream cheese cupcake. The little pastries were tasty and the cupcake was super moist but personally the cupcake was just too sweet. I only ate about half but the flavor was good and service was excellent!
