My first experience here was good but my recent encounter was the worst dining experience I’ve had anywhere. I dined here a couple days ago, on Saturday, and whoever the waiter who had the patio was awful. We waited 10 minutes for him to get to the table. We ordered our drinks and our food at the same time to make it easy for him. He brought his other tables food out and it took him another 10 minutes to get her drink out. The food came out and I still didn’t have my drink. I reminded him multiple times and still didn’t get it. It was a simple sweet tea. My girlfriend and I ate our food and were ready to go, still no drink in sight. When he came to check on us, I asked for the check and the drink to go. When he finally brought it to go, it was an unsweetened tea, not sweet. My girlfriend and I like it here so we will be back, but I will ask for another server if I get him.
Well I’d like to say that my first time here was good. This is my second time coming here and I’m honestly not impressed. They got our order wrong there was 6 of us. One of us was allergic to mushroom and we had ordered no mushroom. We still got mushroom. Our order took forever we couldn’t even get our babies food because they forgot to put it in the system. We ordered a sandwich as well and yet we didn’t get any avocado in our chicken sandwich. I thought this place was pretty cool for my first time. The pictures below are from my first time. Simply the place for a brunch. Good selection of eggs and pastry. Fair prices and portions. Nice indoor ambiance and outdoor seating available. Walking distance from other shops if you don't mind a 10 min walk. Food was tasty and service was prompt. Good experience overallI particularly enjoyed their brewed coffee
Went for the Churro Donut. It doesn't disappoint at all especially served with the Buttery Toffee nut flavor sauce.Really enjoyed!.Only 1 suggestion is please add it to the mobile order To Go Menu, I had to call in the order because its not listed on the To Go Menu Sweet bookend section.
I don’t really care to review. I love toasted yolk but this location sucks. The only great person was the host. No one would help us or even come our direction but helped everyone around us. The host took our orders and brought our food. She tried her best but they didn’t even make an eggs Benedict, we got a Benedict and the egg was an omelet. The ticket showed a waiters name that we never saw. Don’t know what the issue is but won’t be coming back
Check-in - Please checkin prior to you heading over to this place. There is always a wait time, so do this in advance to avoid a 20 min+ wait time.I was pretty amazed at the quality of food and service provided. Get the mimosa, they’re totally worth the $6 and served in a wine glass vs a champagne flute. Also try the fried donuts - they reminded me of the French beignets at cafe du monde @ New Orleans. We were served by Luis and I highly recommend him - we got great service and great food. Made a perfect brunch on a Sunday!
The menu had a variety, which I liked. The prices were great… the servings were plentiful… it gets 2 stars because i ordered a large Grapefruit juice and instead got a large OJ… which was halfway full ??♀️ also the place was wayyyy too crowded. Workers were not wearing masks ??
Coffee, food and service was great. Food took a bit to long and even the atmosphere felt great I think it need it more light inside the establishment. I will definitely go back for that coffee and to try a different item in the menu.
If I could rate this no stars I would have! The service was absolutely terrible! The waiter was working the bar and tables. She was in a rush and didn’t wait to hear the order completely. She never came back so I sent a request by another waitress, big mistake. The meal was completely messed up when it came out. Not only that, we were still missing a lot of items. Finally, after waiting forever the manager comes to bring the final item. I start to express to her how unhappy I was with the service and she completely brushed it off, had a whole attitude, then started to go back and forth with me. I was so shocked because usually a manager will apologize and attempt to make it right. After telling her never mind not to worry about it, she continued to go on and stated she would call the police. So all in all, I WILL NEVER ATTEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! It was the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
The Arnold was over cooked. It was just hard boiled egg under Hollandaise sauce. The water glass was nasty. I thought it was from condensation but nope, it looks like it was never washed. The hash brown thing was cold and don’t bother with the waffle that didn’t come as ordered. It was supposed to have powered sugar but just came like a blank disk. I would send it back but the waitress still hasn’t come back to my table as I type this.
