Here at 2 on a Saturday and it's been steadily packed! Nice selection of drinks, hot or cold, coffee or tea. Lots of toppings you can add and the tapioca pearls are delightfully soft. Very happy to see they've got dairy alternatives - I got soy. The staff is very efficient, so barely any wait despite the influx of customers. Reasonably priced at roundabout $5 a drink.They've got a front room where you order and pick up your drinks and then there's a back lounge area to relax. They've got games too. Looks like they've got finger food - ex egg rolls and popcorn chicken. Worth the stop!

I like that they give you a good amount of tapioca (boba) in your drink. Drinks taste good and made to order (light ice, less sweet, etc.)
If I could give this play zero stars I would. It is horrible and disgusting. I was there May 29, 2022 early afternoon. There were two people working. There was one grill working out front doing everything she could possibly do to take everybody's orders. There are about 17 people who walked in right after me and she couldn't get away from the cash register but she was still doing all she could. Which means there was about 16 orders to make total. I saw one other person working in the back and literally all she was doing for 15 straight minutes was rinsing the same dish rack over and over and over and over again. The poor girl upfront was super overwhelmed finally after waiting 15 minutes for my tea she stopped what she was doing when they were still a huge line because the other girl is still rinsing the same dish rag after 20 straight minutes I saw her the whole entire time. And then she made my tea and went back to the register. The bathrooms here were utterly disgusting so bad I wanted to vomit. There was no toilet paper, no soap, and no paper towels. I would not recommend this place at all. And the girl who is working in the back needs to be fired because she clearly does not want to work whatsoever
Had the osmanthus milk tea. Was great but I recommend it without tapioca honestly even though I like tapioca in other of their drinks. We also split the spicy popcorn chicken. The chicken was fantastic. Well seasoned, not truly hot spicy but not bland either. I recommend this place!
Ordered a brown sugar ginger as it came out to be black sugar under a different name. Did not like and returned with a fully different drink I chose since my original drink was full (needs to be at least half full to return) Great service, chatty, casual, and cozy atmosphere, wonderful flavors with a variety to choose from.
