If I could give this place a 0 I would. I was told by an employee to make an order via instagram, I got in contact with someone… this person left me on read after sending all the information. I was then told to “call” to make a payment. Keep in mind I ask what number to call, no answer. So I called the business (opens at 10) and the lines says the business is currently closed. I come to the bakery today and speak to Perla, the manager. Perla gave me the run around and told me that the lady in charge of online orders was moved to the back bc they are short staffed. I showed perla the conversation via my instagram. And told me I would not be able to get my cake. This is extremely disappointing as I attempted several times to get in contact with the location weeks prior/days prior.
My family and I love the service, desserts, and the cakes. They offer a good variety of treats and I really like the empanadas. They have elaborate cakes with all kinds of designs and fresh fruits. As soon as you walk in, someone comes to help you. I really recommend this place to someone looking for a bakery.
I love the cakes here! Especially the capricho.But I ve had horrible experience with staff. The first time I thought they were just very busy which explained why they’d be frustrated, so I brushed it off. The second time, was a slow day but the staff was very rude when it came to asking questions since I had only been there once, I wasn’t very sure how to order different cakes or where specific cakes where, etc.I recommended my sister to try their cakes and she said they were very rude to her because again she was also confused on how to order.Amazing cakes, but come on, better service.
Overpriced and the carrot cake was just ok. They quoted me $220 for a 10 inch cake vanilla cake. The cakes are beautiful tho. Very beautiful store set up.
Cakes are so expensive and very dry. $40 for a cake I can buy at el bolillo for less and that is actually delicious. I came here as there’s really no other bakery close to my workplace but I’m definitely not going back.
Fui hace 2 semanas y no había clientes solo nosotros, había 2 personas en la caja y cuando nos acercamos a pagar pareciera q apesar q nos veían éramos como fantasmas, nadie nos atendió hasta q yo un poco molesta de q ellas platicaban entre ellas y a nosotros nos ignoraban le dije q si nos podían atender y nos voltearon a ver con un poco de molestia, súper mal servicio al cliente, los pasteles ya en 2 ocasiones muy secos y esta última agrios,desafortunadamente vivo muy lejos para ir a regresar , definitivamente por esto y lo ultimo por lo q ya no regresaré, es q cuando entre al baño estaba ocupado por una empleada, ella salió como si nada solo arreglando su ropa y no se lavo las manos, esto me parece ya el colmo, es totalmente asqueroso, ya q era la chica que está sacando los pasteles del refrigerador, esto es inaceptable, fui clienta por muchos años y así como recomendé , así pasaré la voz en mi familia y amigos para q ya no visiten mas este lugar, si para ellos no somos importantes como clientes pues ellos se lo pierden?♀️
Amazing place 1st time visiting and had an absolutely amazing experience the lady with the black glasses explained to me exactly what I wanted to hear which one was not to sweet but still good for a men’s birthday ??????and the empanadas de cajeta are BOMB!!
Loved the cake I got from here!! It was my first time here and I will totally come here for my next birthday cake! The service here was awesome , the girls are super sweet! Totally recommend it!
i love their delicious cakes so tasty & natutal no artificial tastes real fruit on top too like fresh strawberries & mangoes
Disappointed. I came here for a cake because they recommended it. However, besides being pricey, the cake is ehh. I’ve tasted better. It’s expensive. It’s sad. But it’s worth the try I guess.
