The actual Pho wasn't all that great, however, the ban mi and egg rolls were great! Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea are also very good! Very fast service. Will be back to try more things on the menu ?
I went to this location in Summerwood off of Lake Houston Parkway and the Beltway 8 I have been trying to find a certain type of egg roll that comes with cilantro lettuce and basil Leafs I found them not exactly as authentic as Tau Bay on the Southside of Houston but it was good they were very courteous at the counter the young lady that helped me and she made sure I had everything that I needed to go along with my meal and I appreciated that. Very nice atmosphere
This is the most difficult review so far. The food was really good. Tasty. Hot. We’ll proportioned. Plentiful. The spring rolls were filled with a fresh mix of goodness, and the accompanying large portion of peanut sauce was alive with flavor. (I enjoy mixing a bunch of Sriracha sauce in the peanut sauce; so I’m not a purist.) Perfectly wrapped rolls.I also ordered the fried rice and shrimp. It was served so hot that it maintained its temperature throughout my meandering meal. I get distracted a lot, so that says something. The serving was bigger than I thought it would be, which is always a nice surprise. What was not surprising is that I ate every bit of it. I have very little self control with good food. I’ve had the pho here as well, and it is divine. I just needed something heartier on this visit.So why the lower than 5-star review? The service. More accurately, the lack of service. I walked in a little before 5 PM on a Monday afternoon. There were no other diners. None. But the employee seemed annoyed that I was there. Imagine my nerve trying to offer my money in exchange for food! That annoyance was carried through the exchange. I ordered water. Not because I’m cheap, but because I hadn’t drunk water in about 24 hours and was a desert inside. When I eat I like to drink. A lot. They never refilled my glass. Even though an employee was sitting at the very next table wrapping forks! Yes, a couple of other tables were eventually filled, but it was not busy.Successful places of business won’t just treat you well for coming in, they will treat you well enough to come back. I received neither. Nor will I return.
Today, as on our previous visits, the food was tasty & the service was great. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant. We have read some negative reviews for The Pho, but through multiple visit across at least 3 years, we have never had a bad experience.
MY FAMILY AND I WERE THERE ON 8/24 - MY MOTHER WHO IS 70 YEARS OLD ASKED HIM ABOUT THE EGG ROLLS THAT HAD BEEN ORDERED BUT WERE TAKING LONG... (HAD TAKEN 25 MINITES)THE OWNER ANSWERED MY MOM VERY RUDE -- "WELL THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE COME EARLIER !!" HOW DO YOU ANSWER ANY CUSTOMER THAT WAY, ESPECALLY AN ELDER!THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, BUT THE STAFF TREATS YOU BETTER THAN THE OWNER WHICH REALLY SUCKS. MY FAMLY AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
Pho was good is would go back and eat again. First time here tho.

Love this place! Delicious food and quick service. I’ve been a couple of times and they never disappoint.
They charge you a 15% service fee without telling you. Add that to the usual 15% tip that we usually give meant we tipped them double. That was not a nice ending to our dinner. Food was standard, not bad not above average. Service was quick so was the food.
First time here and the pho was Delicious! Staff is very sweet. Will be returning.
