Honestly, I had to stop my first bite to take the picture and type the review for them. Every ingredient from tofu, vegan stuff, veggies … comes perfectly with the broth. I didn’t have to put any sauce on it. It’s been a long time I didn’t try Pho, but they didn’t make me disappointed.Recommend vegan people come The Pho Fix tonight or maybe tomorrow to taste this AMAZING IMPOSSIBLE BOWL.
Many people recommended this pho restaurant so we tried it out. We got the supreme bowls, and let me tell you, it was HUGE!!! I didn’t think we can get that much with such a price in the downtown area. The broth was pretty good and tasty but it was kind of too salty for us, so points off for that. The place was really unique since you have to go to the underground food court to find it. Overall, I think it was okay because of the portion and the broth, but I will have once in a while since it was really greasy (from the bone marrow and the rib)
I had the regular pho here a few months ago and it was really good. Then I saw the Mikey Chen video raving about The Supreme Bowl (oxtail, brisket, and bone barrow) so I had to come back and try it. It was amazing as advertised! The broth is fantastic and the meat was tender. The bone marrow was like butter. This is more of a dish for the pho fanatic. If you are grossed out by fat, this dish probably isn't for you.
Omg.... I've tried many different pho places... but this one tops it all. Like. As soon as you come in the building, the smell of pho instantly hits you. Feeling like one of those cartoon dogs following the smell trail. Anyways... I got the Supreme pho, and it came with a rib, oxtail and a bone... and it was so delightful. They even let you choose what veggies to put in it. This was the best gem I've found in a while. Highly recommended ?? ??
Supreme bowl $17 was really flavorful and unique but I probably wouldn’t get it again. Glad I tried it through - bone marrow was so buttery!
It was one of the best pho I have tried. The broth was excellent. I would recommend the Supreme bowl which is Beef rib, oxtail and bone marrow pho. The underground hall also gives it a nice vibe.definitely a cool spot.
Been to lot of pho places in my day and just happen to run into this place randomly one night and it is absolutely delicious! I got the pho supreme, so flavorful. We found the place even tho it's literally underground bc we could smell the pho from where we were lol. Zero regrets and highly recommend.

The Pho Fix really got me through my pho drought…. This place is Pho realllll! Hidden down in The Underground Hall in downtown HTX, you’ll find some of the best pho in town! Head here to get your fix!!I order the The Supreme Bowl, which definitely is very supreme!! A very flavorful combination of beef rib, ox tail, and bone marrow served so nicely! The serving size was very large, I ended up sharing this huge portion! They have other fusion Vietnamese-Texas favorites like The Pho Dip (a baguette brisket sandwich you can dip into your pho) and you can also make your own pho bowl!
Chef/Owner Danny takes pride in his food and his establishment. What a hidden gem! It's located underground, so be sure not to miss it from the street. The Supreme Bowl is out of this world, the Pho Dip is actually worth dying for, and the coffee upholds Vietnamese traditions of rich and delectable flavor. This place is the truth y'all, quit reading this and eat up. You'll never regret it!
