I toured Armand Bayou with my boyfriend and I loved the scenery of the property. Very peaceful. I keep thinking back to the trees and the scenery when I compare the apartments we have looked at afterwards, and I can just picture myself living at Armand Bayou apartments. We toured with Dylan and he showed us the one bedroom apartment, which I was impressed with being that it was our first apartment tour. Not only was Dylan friendly and knowledgeable, but the apartment itself was very nice including the patio view as well. The apartment we looked at had a garage attached to it too, which is very convenient. So, if you're worried about parking, they got you covered (at least for one car). The apartment area is gated so it gives off a sense of security. Overall, we were satisfied with our tour of Armand Bayou and I am actually hoping that we can call this place our home in the months to come. I toured the property weeks ago and I was very impressed with what I saw. To say the property was built over 20 years ago, it has been kept in pristine condition. I took a look at the various floor plans as well as the amenities and everything was very maintained and presentable. Even further, Kendall provided an amazing tour with my family and me. He did an outstanding on job on providing good information and making us feel welcomed! No doubt this will be my new home!
We recently moved from The Park at Armand Bayou after calling this place home just shy of five years. From the time we moved in back in October 2016 until the time we moved out last month, the staff, mainly the Property Manager Amy, and Leasing Consultant Dillon were fantastic. Whether it was a maintenance request, renewing leases, or navigating the curve balls life throws at times, they both handled it all with grace, patience, hospitality, and professionalism. My wife and I recently secured a unit with The Park. We are incredibly eager to move to our apartment in the month of November.This property was of great interest to us due to its great location, spacious floor plan, staff competence, and clean exterior area.My wife and I conducted a thorough search before leasing at The Park and we are pleased to have signed our lease with them.We are very meticulous with the space that we live in, and so far, The Park at Armand Bayou has shown respectable work on maintaining the property. As we wait for our move-in date we expect and know that our unit will be delivered in immaculate condition. I strongly recommend this apartment complex to all. When coming to Texas, from Florida knowing nothing of the area, I was able to speak with Amy the property manager and she was able to address concerns I had about the area, ex: schools and area, I was able to check with the police department regarding calls to here and found out they hardly ever called out here, the area is convenient and safe, This property manager and her staff do a amazing job and treat you with professional and respectful service, I have lived her for 5 years and until I buy I will stay, lots of residents have lived here up to 15 years! That's a amazing reputation The property is very well maintained, I feel safe walking at night, residents are friendly yet do not intrued on each other, very pet friendly pet lovers all through out, , definitely come by and check them out, you won't regret moving here, Kimberly Hatton
I lived here for several years and it's a beautiful property. The manager and staff were friendly and good about responding to requests. They were also great about the move-out process and promptly reletting.

I toured here a few weeks ago. I ultimately decided to go with another complex for price/location, but I wanted to leave a review of my positive experience. Kendell gave us a tour and was so kind and helpful! The property is beautiful and quiet, and the floor plans are also wonderful. I definitely plan on moving here in the coming years.
I lived here about 2 years and only moved out because we bought a home. The best apartment I’ve lived in. The staff is awesome and the maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. They keep the property super gorgeous all year round. The only downfall was the spiders outside the apartment( could be because I was close to a lot of trees) but no issues within the unit. I highly recommend this complex!
I have been living here for 10 years. One downfall is in the summers the small A/C units for the apartments do not cool your apartment. I come home every day and it's close to 80 degrees in my place and then it takes hours to get it to a decent temperature. Another down side is you can hear everything that your neighbor is doing. Also beware they have termites that show up every year in May!!! I have had swarms the last 4 Years and management stated there is nothing they can do.A plus is management has always treated me good, the maintenance guys have also helped when needed. I have my own garage so parking is not an issue. People who complain of parking usually fill their garage with junk and then complain they don't have a place to park. There are raccoons around the complex but look where we live close to the bayou!
