Every aspect of the service and food was spectacular! A perfect date night with my wife!
Matt was an excellent server. Very thoughtful. My wife said her 4 pound birthday lobster was the best sheâs ever had!! We love the new location, decor and layout design!
Birthday dinner
We have been disappointed with the service at our usual restaurants but so glad to decide to try the Palm. The service was top notch. We felt like we were at a private club. Everyone from the server to the managers and the sommelier were great. They treated us like we were regular customers even though it was our first visit, but it will not be our last. The food and drinks were on par with other great restaurants in Houston.
Birthday celebration while visiting Houston We have dined at various Palm locations. This location was not on par with other locations. The service was good, but the server was too friendly rather than professional. The food was good, but not as good as it has been in other locations. The crab cake was excellent, but the gnocchi was very dry. The server did bring a complimentary birthday dessert ending the meal on a special note.
