Never disappoints. We come here every time we're in Houston. Food is so authentically Uruguayan and amazing! Alejandro is gracious and charming. Do yourself a favor and come here!

Ok so obviously the owners are cherry picking reviews. I posted a review, and they actually responded, “it’s because it’s a fake Facebook account.” Alright dude, this is Google, not Facebook. Not fake. Here I am again, just to reiterate the one star or this “restaurant.” Don’t order, they just cancel it, completely disorganized, and then won’t answer the phone. It’s not even a restaurant, it’s just a weird little place inside an office building that probably got every review from the poor souls who happen to work in that building. It’s the buildings cafeteria. Being honest also retains the integrity of reviews, so as an owner, when you are flying through reviews trying to eliminate all of your one star reviews, just remember that most of those were left by real people. I live in Sharpstown, right around the corner. This was simple. I placed an order through a delivery app, waited over an hour for the delivery, only to have it cancelled 1hr and 17min later, then they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Easily that warrants a one star in my opinion. No resolution or even an attempt at explaining why. Don’t know what these guys are trying to do backtracking on a review I left in what seems like forever ago. Again, here I am, a living human, not a fake account.

I stumbled across this place on accident and gave it a try. Delicious food! The pastries are equally delicious and everything is made fresh. Had the millanesa plate and it was pretty good. Then to go I bought Canion de Dulce de Leche, they were very flaky and the center was delicious. Good spot will definitely eat there again.

Fresh, great tasting!

Try to make it on Thursday

Was strangely inside a building with office suites on the first floor. Ordered a linzer cookie and a beef and chicken empanada. Waited a few minutes for them to heat up in the oven. Everything was tasty.

Very good food and good price too, I recommend this place 100 percent.

Great food delicious facturas my wife she’s Uruguayan and She says the taste is the same!! So highly recommended people???☕️

A genuine place with authentic Uruguayan food. Absolutely delicious and worth the trip. The location may be in an unconventional spot within a business building, but do not let that scare you away. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. Do not think twice about this place - give it a try! You'll be pleasantly surprised. If you are unsure as to what you should get, I suggest trying the faina. It's basically a chickpea flatbread that is bound to satisfy a savory craving.

The Chivito was maybe the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. A thin slice of tender steak, ham, fried egg, bacon, cheese, grilled onions, tomato, and who knows what else! Yes, it’s not for those watching their fat or cholesterol, but what an amazing taste! It’s a tiny place in the lobby of an office building. You would never know it’s there without Google. Efficient and friendly service.
