Prepaid for our Christmas meal kit 6 days before Christmas. On Christmas Eve I sent my husband to pick up the order and he came home and with absolutely nothing we ordered. I work in healthcare and didn’t plan to cook but was stuck at the last minute trying to figure out what I’d feed my family. I ordered 6 sides and a ham and they gave us crumb cake and apples… so I paid $100 for cake and apples for our Christmas meal… now trying to call and no ones answering the phones
The service was good. The product was not. We bought turkey breast andA ham. The turkey's flavor was burned..the ham was OK. I won't retun. Maybe they had a bad day.
Excellent product selection. Online ordering was very easy, curb side pickup was straightforward and fast. I'll be back.

Honey Baked Ham? More like Honey Baked DISAPPOINTMENT. I am extremely upset with this location. We PRE-PAID a ham for Thanksgiving, and never received the reminder voicemail that was allegedly sent for the day of pick-up. We forgot to pick up our ham at our scheduled time which I completely acknowledge is our fault. We remembered at 7:55 p.m. the evening before Thanksgiving and the store closed at 8:00 p.m. This location is closed on Thanksgiving. So, we drove like bats out of hell to the location and arrived at 8:03 p.m. My husband entered the store and was told that they would not give us the ham because "they would be one short for inventory". We pre-paid for this ham ($90.00), so why would that matter? Three minutes late, the night before Thanksgiving, store was still open, nine workers still inside, hams sitting on the shelf, workers walking around literally holding hams, door still unlocked, and they refused to give us the ham THAT WE ALREADY PAID FOR. What a heartless business. I like to imagine that a business, even if they are a chain, could still care about other people on a human level during the holidays, but I guess that was naive. Buy your ham somewhere else, or at the very least--use a different HBH location. These people don't care about you. Literally scrooge at the holidays.
