I went in at 11:50, 10 minutes before closing. I go 4 days a week to the fitness connection down the road and love to swing by halal guys to get something to eat after my workouts. Today just happened to be a day where I lost track of time and ran a little later than usual out of the gym. Tonight even though it was 10 minutes before closing I was greeted by Cristal, she smiled and was polite, the same way she always is. Gloria was at the register and was tendering my order, everything went by so smoothly. Both employees I mentioned were both extremely polite, I am overly satisfied with my visit tonight, I was expecting a negative experience, in turn I received one of the best I ever had. Regardless of when I go, I am always greeted politely and taken care of. 11/10 will be going again
Im am BIG on customer service and "The Halal Guys" completely exceeded my expectations!!! The food was great and the restaurant was clean. They could tell it was our first time eating there so they gave great recommendations and were very patient with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 star experience Hands down. I will definitely be visiting again!!
I have been coming here for awhile and each time is a great experience. The food is great and tasty, plus the staff is fast and friendly. The manager, Gloria has good hospitality towards her customers and very friendly. Come eat here for good tasty gyro beef platter.
I’ve been to other halal guys restaurants before, this is the best one by far! I brought a friend here today to try the food and the food was delicious, but the service was magnificent!! The costumer service and the enthusiasm that Gloria, Jessica, Elmer and Eisa showed was superb! It was so fantastic that I had to ask for their names and I told them I would give them the kind of review that they deserved! I only hope that management values and appreciates their hard work and effort. Outstanding job!
Now that's called fantastic Hospitality with Good Food... The black lady staff (sorry I dont know her name but she is an amazing human being) she was full of energy, enthusiasm, funny, polite and knows what Hospitality is ???Every customer who enter's whether male or female.. even if the lady staff is busy cleaning tables or picking up litters from the floor she make sure's that she looks at up at every customer who enter's and she will greet them "Welcome in" "Welcome Love"... That's called respecting customers and giving them the first priority... even the lady staff at the cash counter is nice and polite who will ask you "love u need water, drinks or sweets... You feel so nice and happy when greeted so well...The Halal Guys food is my all time top of the list Favorite Joints .. My first experience of tasting their delicious chicken over rice bowl, started in 2018 at the first Food Cart at 5th Avenue New York..Since, then I have visited more than 25 joints in different state and the food has been fantastic always.Their latest addition, cheese baklava, creamy Mango are amazing..I was touched by the Hospitality at this place.. as I was doing dine in.. The black Lady staffShe reached to my table and asked if I needed anything.. when I asked for hot sauce she bought both the sauce white and red bottle to the table for servicing... That is an out of the box Hospitality.. really appreciated !!!Thanks.. Keep up the Good work ?????????????????????????????????
It way my first time at the halal guys and i did not know what to order. Elsa and Gloria were real friendly and welcoming and helped me with my first time order. And oh my goodness was the food great! Highly recommend! Great customer service and food! Will be coming back soon.
First time coming and im very glad I did, service was very fast employees are very nice and respectful especially Gloria!! who recommended the mango tea! Food was amazing ? 10/10DEFINITELY COMING BACK ☺️
I had the best experience at this location, all of the staff was great and very helpful. They gave suggestions on different combinations, sauces and drinks to try. Will definitely be back!
My experience with Halal guys tonight was amazing immediately greeted by three lovely women named Gloria, Sonia, and Jessica with big smiles and took their time to tell me what the best was. Late dinner, but these women took their Jon's seriously, and the service was emaculant, hard-working women who deserve raises. Great job to the hiring manager; they got great workers.
I love Halal Guys. It’s my go to spot for hot, quick good food. Candice and Yuliana were efficient, friendly and personable.Glad they get to close early to get home sauce before the hard freeze! They deserve it! ??
