This was our first visit here and were unimpressed. We explained we had never been there and asked for recommendations and clarification on the ordering process. The girl behind the counter merely pointed to menu.They had a seasonal/promotional flyer up for seasoned beef and the server was not able to tell us anything about it (or other menu items) and what made it different from the regular beef. She displayed a little frustration with us that we did not initially understand that the platter came with two meats, which i can't believe was correct - do you want a chicken platter with beef or a beef platter with chicken? Understand my confusion? In the end, the food was only average.On a positive note, I did find the platter to be a perfect size for sharing. With our platter and sides, my husband and I did not leave hungry.We also ordered the hummus and Baklava. Both of these items were quite good.Our biggest complaint is the lack of customer service and courtesy. I say this knowing we are currently in a time when these things seem to be lost, but even so this was below the already low standard.Overall, this place is not somewhere I am likely return to.
Neither bad nor particularly good: while the staff was friendly, the food had ZERO flavor. They give out sauces, which are nice, but the food itself tasted like nothing. A little salt and pepper would've been a big help...The lemonade was really good, though.
Seriously good food and better customer service! They forgot to put sauce in our to go order. They stayed open late for me so I could come get sauce and added cookies for free. He also called me to make sure everything was good with my order once I left. Very kind people.
I love going here for lunch! I usually order online. The food is delicious! The staff is very friendly, my orders are correct every time, and I always leave happy!
The chicken gyro & passion fruit lemonade was amazing. The serving is almost double in my opinion. I added the hot sauce and white sauce that comes with it. The white sauce reminds me of a mayo. I was so full after. The lemonade made my taste buds jump! Please try you won’t be disappointed. My price was a little high because I used DoorDash delivery.
The red spicy sauce is AMAZING. I always ask for a lot.
This location is rather friendlier than Westheimer one. I have always ordered combo platter and it's good. But I feel lately they reduced the amount of meat than before.
staff here are super friendly and nice! this sweet employee made me the spicy chicken/beef gyro sandwich (delicious by the way), and i accidentally ordered peppers on it (im socially awkward) and she was like begging me to make a new one for me. i was so happy lol! presentation was flawless even for me ordering it to-go! 10/10 recommend
Food is always fresh. Location is clean. Few team members try to be smart enough to reduce the meat quantity but I know them well to fix it ?
