We booked the DoughCone truck for a private work event, and everything was fantastic! Communication was great, and day-of staff were professional and friendly! Great experience all-around and yummy sundaes! I'm a Nutella fan, but so many others raved about the Biscoff Cookie Dough! I will have to try that next time. Will definitely book again for future events!
Always a great experience! Their ice cream is always the perfect frozen treat for summers in Houston!!!
We LOVED having the doughcone at our wedding! Our guests (and us) really enjoyed a delicious cold treat after a hot day! THANK YALL
I didn't know what to expect I just know that I had been seeing this truck parked every time I walked so I decided to stop..I got the Doughcone with strawberries, m&m's and Oreo's on top with Nutella drizzle..talk about sugar overload but it was delicious. The ice cream was soft serve so it was not so heavy. I like the unlimited topping option but they also had a mystery option. Where they fix it and you have no idea what you will get!!
The dough cone truck was at this event at my church’s Fourth of July event..There were so many people and I still managed to get my order in a timely manner The team was very friendly and sweet. The manager explained the menu to me and was patient . Highly recommend!! Thank you Dough cone!
Love the DoughCone. Super yummy ice cream with all sorts of fun toppings. My kid and I loved it. We also appreciated the excellent customer service. Can't wait to enjoy another one!
Used them for catering my sons 8th birthday party and the ice cream truck experience was a hit. The quality of the ice cream was fresh and delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. The selection was large, and mouthwatering. The guy running the truck was polite, patient and on point. He handled the high volume so well. We would highly recommend for your next catering event
I don't know if this would classify as a full experience for dough cone. For teacher appreciation, our school had their mobile food truck come to our school. There was only one attendant who served 50 plus adults. The attendant was responsible for taking the orders and then making the orders.I'm a simple vanilla ice cream and Oreo toppings type of guy, so that's what I ordered. It took upwards of 20 to 29 (this time seems random but I know it because I was on my lunch break which is 30 minutes) minutes between getting my order taken and then waiting in line for her to take a couple more orders and then prepare the 10 to 12 orders that she had taken.I gave them three stars because the thought and planning that went into it wasn't very good.My last gripe would be that at the bottom of the ice cream there is some type of dough that has an alcoholic or maybe just a taste I am not familiar with. I am not a fan of that dough/bread. Purposefully or if that's some type of accident? Either way, I need to be alerted to anything that's going to be placed in my ice cream.Edit: It was explained to me how the situations from that delicious yet interesting experience happened, because of that, I'm raising my star count to 4 from 3.
The DoughCone was delicious! From the second I walked up to the truck, I was greeted with friendly faces and a warm welcome. It was my first time, so the employees were very helpful in describing the different options and suggesting their own favorites - I ended up going with a custom Sundae and I was not let down. Amazing taste and the presentation was so good I almost didn’t want to ruin it! Will definitely stop by again, I encourage you to do the same :)
Paid $9 for a small dough cone with barely any sprinkles on it. Ridiculously overpriced for what I received even if it would of had more sprinkles on it. The cone tasted stale and I didn’t even eat it. The actually ice cream was delicious.
