The dinner dude is a healthy organic meal prep company that make prepared healthy meals. I was introduced to The Dinner Dude by Mohammed my weight lost specialist at New You Health & Wellness Galleria location. I went to the dinner dude and got 8 meals for $80 dollars. The food is really good. Like most people I don’t care for diet food but the chili, hot sauce and chicken tenders are so good. The chicken & cabbage soup is delicious and so far I have lost a total of 20 bls eating with The Dinner Dude and with New You Health & Wellness Galleria. Go check out The Dinner Dude you can buy one meal and see if you like it the food. It is so organic and fresh my stomach stop bothering me at night once I started eating Dinner Dude meals.

I have been using Dinner Dude for my weekly meal service for over a year now. I can honestly say it is some of the best food I have ever tasted! Their seafood is super fresh and delicious! I just love their breakfast tacos! They rotate specials weekly that are sometimes not on the website so be sure to call! I get my meals delivered every week to my door, and I can say it has changed my life. I have lost 35lbs and feel the healthiest I have ever felt.
