Great all the way around. Incredible deal on the tenders and rib combo. One of the best in town in every way. Excellent food and service
Let's start with the sweet potato waffle fries... They were so good. The chicken flavor with the fries were mild. The chicken with waffles and dragon fries was Medium. The chicken with Ribs were original. The dragon fries look plain but they got a little nice spicy kick to them. The chickens tenders were big and juicy. Love the dipping sauce (Shack Sauce). The chicken was good but I just wanted a little more flavor. Overall good food and I would go back.
I would 1000% recommend this place in fact I really love it, I truly appreciate how nice and clean it was and how friendly everyone was. As soon as we arrived everyone was smiling and walking wing to us. Of course, my son is handsome lol because everyone mentioned how cute he was. That’s just to let you know how attentive they were. When I arrived the cashier did let me know that the Texas hot that I wanted to order was very hot and had habanero, I let him now I’m half Nigerian and have Trinidadian and I cook with a lot of spice. He thought I wouldn’t be up for the challenge however I did prove him wrong lol if you usually eat spicy food at home, you can definitely handle it. It was not overly spicy where my lips are burning, the flavor was amazing, the fries were really great, my husband ordered chicken and waffles and noted that it was a lot of chicken and had to take some home. Overall, I would definitely go here, and it’s such a cute food too.
I was in town and always like to try new places. I am a huge fan of spicy foods and especially chicken and sauces. I ordered the 3 tenders. They let you mix the sauces so I was able to try the Medium and the Texas hot. Both were great. Tread lightly with the Texas hot though. The dragon fries were a let down as I could not taste the spice. The Mac and cheese is the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area.
This place is AWESOME! Nice atmosphere, surroundings & outdoor seating as well. From the time we walked in we were kindly greeted by staff. The young lady at the register was very polite I told her it was my first time there so she was very patient with me as she explained everything I had questions about. All 3 ladies who oversaw the dinning area were very helpful and came over to make sure everything was going well. One lady even let us know she would put a highchair at our table for our newborn when we were ready. The food was really good and you could tell freshly made to order. I had the chicken & Belgian waffles with coleslaw very good choice. My husband had the chicken tacos with dragon fries (spicy) also another good choice. After eating my husband met with the manager Mike Wynn (very polite) to let him know everything was awesome. Mike let us know about more locations that will be opening in the near future. One being Copperfield which is much closer to us, but the drive from Cypress to the Heights location was absolutely worth it. As we left everyone made sure they said bye and thanked us for coming in. One lady even said "bye family ?". This was definitely a wonderful experience not over crowded, friendly atmosphere, and delicious food. We will definitely come back to this location. Good customer service goes a long way. Thank you for the hospitality.
The chicken tenders were so bomb! It's seasoned delicious juicy tenders! I ordered the medium heat. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese. It was scrumptious so rich and cheesey..The staff was so friendly and efficient. I was out in about 5 minutes after placing my order. My food was fresh and hot!????
I just love this place! One of the better hot chicken sandwiches around town. The Texas hot is the perfect amount of spicy, it burns soooo good! Also love the dragon fries ? definitely my go to spot when I’m craving some hot chicken.
A really cool atmosphere and truly delicious chicken! I had the chicken sandwich with the dragon fries. At first they don't seem like much, but the seasoning brings on a slow heat that's addicting. My friend had the tenders which also come with a slice of bread.
I had passed by this place a lot and finally gave it a try today. I got the three chicken tender combo with medium hot sauce. I enjoyed it. The sauce is just the right mix of sweet and spicy. Tenders were thick so just three was plenty for a meal. Had some good gravy as my dipping and french fries. I would definitely go back again. Think Raising Canes with lots more menu choices, sides, and dipping sauces. And bigger tenders. And cooler atmosphere. Only complaint was they didn't have bottled water as a drimk choice.
I usually never review places, but this had to be the exception. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my friend ordered the ribs and we both enjoyed our food a lot. The chicken was mild and wasn’t dry. Thank you to Jonathan for excellent customer service, will definitely be coming back here in the future.
