Although we waited for 40 minutes the restaurant was SOOOOO accommodating! They allowed us to sit comfortably in a bar section, we were able to order appetizers that a server bought to our area and they let us have menus while we waited. The hostess and manager on duty were GREAT ?? during our wait and kept us abreast of our seating. Our table was ready in 40 minutes, the food was delicious and our server gave us 10 star service. We were a party of 9 and he was able to split our checks perfectly! We stayed until 10pm after dining and drinking. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a busy Saturday at the Galleria Mall, I always suggest parking at the Dillard's across the street and walking over.

Bad Food, Atrocious Service was the hallmark of our family get together dinner ( 5 Adults & 2 Childern) Two orders of steak ordered as medium well came as super well done with dry and unchewable meat. Other dishes were mediocre. Service was one of the worst ever experienced. Waitress came to take order after considerable wait and a simple request for mustard was asked to three staff as our server was nowhere to seen and mustsnd finally came after the burger was nearly finished. Restaurant has lost its charm and certainly I will never want to visit again
The food here is great. I tried a lot of different ones because of the people I was with and I liked it all. The first day we went there the waiter was great, he was communicative and overall a cool guy. But the second day, our waiter wasn't so good. She talked to only the mentors in the group and not the kids. She asked for refills once, I had to call her to get her to refill my water and she dident ask the kids if they wanted to go boxes nor cheesecake. Overall the food was great, and we had fun
Decent service but my wife loves the lemon meringue cheesecake and were out, very disappointed. I had the peanut butter fudge ripple cheesecake and it was very good.
This was our first time visiting this location and our kids' first ever experience. Our server was GREAT; however, the hostess and food experiences were not. We entered on the lower level. The hostess checked us in and said we could wait "upstairs" in the lobby. After walking upstairs, we stood where we thought was the lobby. I tried asking one of the other hostesses a question, and she rudely responded and told us to wait in the lobby. I asked where we could find it. Again, she rudely pointed towards an outter area. Two of our four meals were wrong after waiting over an hour for our food. Keep in mind that it took over an hour to get a glass of wine. Lastly, the cheesecakes were sooo small! Had we known the sizes had been cut in half as we remembered, we wouldn't have ordered them. We paid $8+ for something that only consisted of 4 bites. Never again.
The location is very nice and the staff was quick and friendly.the sandwiches are very good and the portions are generous. it is also not very expensive so it's a good choice if you want to eat well and spend the right amount.
I loved this Cheesecake Factory location ( when I finally found it). It's nested in-between two locations and can be easily lost in the Galleria sea of stores! After passing it for the third time, we made it! The hostess was not that friendly to be honest and quickly passed us on to be seated. Our server made up for it big time! First let's start with the food. I got the usual, Mac and cheese burger with sweet potatoe fries! This location made it just the way I like it! My guest briefly mentioned my birthday was the next day. I was shocked to get not only a slice keylime pie but a nice card! Yes, a card!!! I've never experienced such a kind gesture. Love this place.

Dined here Sunday with guests from out of town. Food was decent. It took almost an hour for it to come out. Our waiter, Barry was very attentive! The Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad was not good. The cheesecakes were amazing! We ordered 3 different kinds!
