Food is good. It was a bit crowded. Friendly staffs. They need to make a second lounge.
Terminal D by the duty free shop. Charles is a very good bartender. Highly recommend. The food is always wonderfully put together and delicious. A great escape from the airport craziness. The lounge is a little small and tucked away. Wish it was bigger, but amazing service. Lots of workers here that make sure you are taken care of.
The lounge was at capacity when I arrived. There was a long line and every seat inside was full. The staff handled the situation with surgical precision and with smiles on their face. Once I got inside, I got a drink quickly and they never missed a beat with food or amenities. You could say that this is what you would expect from what is a top level lounge, but these folks put forth the extra effort and need a pat on the back. Oh! Almost forgot. Apparently a long time employee’s birthday is today and they drug her out to the middle of the club and sang happy birthday and gave her a cake. These amazing people.
Located in Terminal D, which may be a bit out of the way if you're not travelling internationally. However you can still get anywhere in the airport pretty fast with the train.Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. Heated pillows and other amenities were available. Can't ask for much more.
It’s nice visually. The food is good too. but we had a server wake my boyfriend up twice from sleeping because taking a nap is apparently disallowed. In the meditation room of all places. He wasn’t snoring or bothering anyone. Meanwhile kids were running around and screaming (no kids rooms)
My parents used the lounge on their way to LAX. It was a long layover and the team looked after them in a terrific way: made sure they were understood, as they don’t speak English, managed to get them transportation from the lounge to the gate, and made them feel really well. I guess the only word we’ve got for the Houston’s Centurion Lounge Team is THANKS. You’re all awesome guys!Regarding the infrastructure, the food and the drinks: all exceeded the expectations. The fish and the eggs were great, but overall the coffee’s quality was absolutely awesome.
Nice Amex lounge but quite a few things to note, it has been regularly packed lately (Meaning wait time) and it's not a very large lounge but drink options and service were quite good for me each time . Food selection was alright and I'm assuming changed due to covid . Cocktails were quite nice to explore and try.
This centurion is nice and has a lot of seating which can make it a little crammed. The food was good and the wait staff was very attentive. The management can use some work or training on situations with kids. I understand completely that loud children disturb other guests, but to rudely come tell us to handle it, and basically implying if we can’t we need to leave seems like a little much. Especially considering this lounge doesn’t have a family room so what is someone with kids to do? Many cardholders have families and bring their children with them, so there should be some compassion that goes with that.
Helpful staff, comfortable seating and a food/beverage selection that is well worth arriving at the airport early. This is a high quality place to spend your layover. The place has lost of televisions, flight info, a nice bar, plenty of seating and free wifi. This place beats sitting at the gate every time for sure.
El café, la comida, los postres.
