First of all, loved the fries!! I has the blue crumble and it was amazing. The patty had good flavor, the blue cheese was good not overpowering at all. Had the jalapeno butter bun and it made it even better!!

We went out for a family dinner tonight, and had a wonderful experience. Our food was tasty (with plenty of options for everyone). And, our server was great - helpful and attentive. We will be back again. ?
The three stars are because the food was fine but after I ordered my food the "Togo" person was in the kitchen working on another order. 8 servers and one manager walked by me and another guest waiting for food. Not one of them asked if we were being taken care of. Not one stopped to asked if we'd ordered. I had to approach a couple of server and one manager twice before anything was done. That was unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. There was two crew people who were talking and talking right near us who could have taken the time to just ask if we'd ordered or had gotten our order. People going in and out the kitchen entrance could have stopped. I realize if they had orders they're busy but it doesn't take any more effort than simply asking. I waited for about 10 minutes then when I asked the manager again she went in and the Togo person had come out and I received my order. As a former restaurant operator this should not happen. Training needs to happen for better awareness of the crew.
Went here for the first time but the food was great and for a great price. Their a**hole sauce for the crawfish was great and had great flavor. I look forward to coming back again
Best local beer and burger joint in NW HOU. Family friendly, great staff that have been here for years, many of them. And an owner (Mark) that actively visits with us to be sure we’re happy. No wonder they’ve thrived 20+ yrs. ? PS - best item from the menu: Dixie Chicken grilled chicken sandwich smothered with wing sauce (99 cents more).
Mom lives near this place and we order to-go pretty often. Food is always really fresh and delicious. Try their burgers or chicken fajitas! My son loves their dessert, the triple Lindy (basically chocolate on chocolate!) I’d recommend this restaurant!
Pretty casual and down to earth people here. The food was good, the service was cool, but could work on the forgetfulness of the condiments once asked. Also, the steak should be cooked as "medium well" and not "well done" when asked for medium well. The meat was cooked all the way through. There was no pink whatsoever!
First off the staff was PHENOMENAL and on top of everything. Owner even visited with us. We got three of their burger challenges and the fries were the best I’ve ever had … and I love fries ? thank you for the hospitality!! Food was amazing 5 stars ❤️
This is one of my go-to spots if I want a great meal and a cold beer. Their burgers are top notch and the rest of the menu has great options as well. Gail and Brea are hands down the best bartenders. Give Backyard a visit!
