I ordered a large regular teriyaki breast bowl and I received spicy chicken. Since my order was a to go, I didn’t batter to check. But when I opened it wasn’t chicken breast, I am very sure it was chicken thigh, very dissatisfying visit, it was my first time here. You won’t get my business anymore. Good Luck
First time at this location , won’t be back . I ordered two bowls one steak teriyaki and one spicy chicken , my whole entire steak bowl was inedible , it was burnt and hard . The chicken one was half inedible also burnt .
First time customer...There were 6 of us in the party. 4 kids, 2 adultsNot what we expected going in. We thought you can choose your ingredients from a line and they would cook it in front of you in a wok.Ordered like a fast food chain at the front. Cashier was not too helpful as this was our first time and wasn't very interested in answering questions.Sat down. Waited the same time you would at a restaurant. Food looked pretty much as advertised. No complaints from any of the kids, including my very picky daughter. Food tasted good. Teriyaki sauce at the table was really good.My lack of 5 stars stems from three things...1) I was hoping this would have been a lot healthier option than to fast food wgere I would be able to choose from a wide variety of vegetables and have a fresh, somewhat healthy Asian style meal.2) Incredibly salty. After eating it, my tongue felt like I ate a bag of sunflower seeds and I couldn't drink enough water all night3) Cost. It ended up being about 11.50 a person. Considering most of our family is made up of kids, (13, 11, 9 and 6), it was on the pricier end for what I would consider a fast food meal.
Sorry, I want smashburger back. Worst rice AND orange chicken I’ve ever had, and costs twice as much as Panda Express. My gfs dish was burnt bad. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place really deserves it.
First time ordering at this location. I ordered through the app - Large Teriyaki Tofu bowl Yakisoba style with a side order of Fried Rice without egg. Hardly any tofu in the large bowl, EGG in the fried rice, and they used large cups to put a couple drops of Teriyaki sauce inside for a large bowl of tofu that sucks sauce up like it’s nothing. the rice has pieces of burnt something all over it and the tofu is barely cooked. Absolute disappointment.The junior spicy teriyaki bowl with fried rice that my mom ordered was fine, but same issue with the sauce.
Second time at your katy freeway location. The staff is completely unprofessional and uneducated on the menu times. After I ordered and waited 28 mins. The order was wrong and asked for it to be corrected. The lady in the back on the line, Rolled her eyes at me. And the employee next to her ate the food items while prepping Togo. I’ve worked in hospitality for over 12 years. Unacceptable.
This is my 2nd time to this location the portion they gave for my large was the same as a small all burnt pieces of chicken The cash register girl that helped me it was very horrible she sat there doing other stuff while my order was sitting there she put it in a bag in a bag saw me sitting in the restaurant continue to do other stuff While my order was sitting there she put teriyaki sauce look at the picture it's only a quarter full she filled it Oh my Goodness will never come back here horribleI should have just ordered a small what I got the same amount look at the picture below
If you love eating raw chicken, then look no further. If you love rude attitude, then look no further. This Teriyaki Madness location is your best bet. Per the unhelpful shift manager, they “don’t cook food there. They set a timer.” Phone does not work and is constantly busy. Jaryn Priester was helpful in giving a refund. #nofilter

Was served raw chicken and was “helped” by an extremely rude shift manager that told me no manager was there. Miraculously one showed up and was nice enough to refund my entire order and offered to replace the food. I declined the food for obvious reasons. #lostmytrust
