We were looking forward to trying this place and I can say we were let down by the service and the food. We told the cashier it was our first time there and we were trying to figure out what to order since we were the only customers inside at the time. He literally showed no emotion, no friendly welcome no good vibe. As soon as another customer walked in he was quick to engage with them and talked about sports and summer with a smile. Now the food, the meat portion is very little compared to the price of it being charged and the noodles are nothing to special. We won't be coming back to any of the chain establishments.
The staff was very kind.We went to an ambiguous time zone and there were no customers eating inside.The food came out quickly.It was just plain teriyaki, not special to my taste.
I got teriyaki madness for dinner and there was a piece of plastic curled up in my food. I had put it in my mouth and it felt weird so i decided to take it out, when i unraveled it i realized it was plastic. i could have chocked
GROSS!! Should been ZERO STARS!Waste of money..this kind of taste makes me to start back cooking again!!Rawish-spoliled gamey chicken breast..nasty thick brown sauce in the beef and noodles...wait for iiittt... and some have cut pcs..of lettuce, cabbage and cucumber with broccoli..have cooked as veggies!! This mess not only looked like trash but tasted it..omg The only thing have good was the soda..but hurry to drink, because these cheap recycled cups it came in was melting, dissolving =leaking within minutes...Thanks for spoiling my holiday dinner and up charging my credit card without disclosing the additional fees!!NevA again.I really wished I had checked previous Reviews OMG!! Disgusting..ppl found staples! Chicken organs.. what thaa..City of Houston, Lawsuit, is going on!! Read all previous reviews!! It is Important. I hv learned a known lesson Today..God have Mercy..
Absolutely love this place!! So glad my friend recommended this place! Food is always made quickly and delicious. ?
Always delicious. The rice is never dry, and it’s not too moist/mushy, either. The proteins are always cooked just right. Both of the owners are very personable, and the staff are generally friendly!
Overall... the food was ok. I liked the potstickers, my daughters liked the rangoons, and I ordered way too much food. I plan to give it another try one day
This feels like a fast food Asian joint. The food is bland and lackluster. It is not even assembled properly, nor does it have sufficient ingredients (sauces, meats and veggies). It feels like the bowl is just thrown together with whatever left overs are present.
Took a while, but was worth every second! Looks like most people order ahead and pick up, which would seem to be the best way to go. The food was really good. Highly recommend!
I love this place but every time I get the fried rice it’s mushy af! Rice should not be mushy for the price! Might as well call it mashed potatoes ?
