Went here this morning for a fresh plate of curry goat & dhalpuri. Food was amazing, owners are friendly and caring about their customers. I came straight from NYC and was happy that Houston has such a perfect West Indian place. I'll be returning here before I leave to go back home.
The pics and description sent me here. When I arrived the restaurant side was closed. AC issues. The menu was unremarkable; what was remarkable however: not only did I not see any kind of Caribbean cuisine we didn't smell any kind food. Period. The woman I spoke to was a little defensive and crass. Blaming covid for her restaurant's "current" plight. I did not buy anything and will not return to this place.
The Bhola's are friendly and know how to welcome their customers. Food was fresh and reminded me of home. They had a comedy and live music show Saturday night which was a real pleasant time. We'll go back next time we're in town. Will also order up a macaroni pie!
The food at this restaurant is delicious and fresh. Service is friendly and the facility is clean. Authentic Trinidad food and other West Indian treats and snacks are available as well.
Truly a great dining experience! Owners are extremely nice and hospitable! We had doubles with heavy pepper for my husband and slight pepper for me! We are also planning on taking plenty goodies home as well!
The most amazing Caribbean food I have ever had! This is authentic! And the owners know what they are doing! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that’s looking for authentic Caribbean food.
LOVEEEE THIS PLACE ! Anyone who disagrees doesn’t know what good food taste like. It taste like home feels like home and the owners are the sweetest people! I’ve been to multiple west Indian locations around Houston and this has been by far the best place I’ve ever been to. Will definitely be going back! ??

I ordered an oxtail plate through Uber and this is what I got. This is nothing but bones. I contacted the store and they stated this is what is sent to them. My things is you shouldn’t serve anything and try to profit if the quality is not great. Never again.
The rice was totally bland , no flavor at all. You can look at the rice before even tasting it and see it will have no flavor . They give u 4 oxtails for a plate that’s $28 with tax. Totally not worth it. The oxtails were okay, far from the best. Will I be eating here again? No.
