Taste of Thai and Sushi has earned a loyal customer. I've always been pleased with their sushi. I tried my comfort food chicken and cashews last year and was underwhelmed. I recently gave it another chance and I'm hooked! Pretty sure the staff recognizes my Door Dash order.
My noodle dish was very good however there was a pepper ? next to it on the menu so I was expecting spice and it wasn't spicy at all, the zinefendial was nice with the curry a little sweet but still really good heavy coconut flavors. We also tried the "Mexican roll" and the price didn't match what was advertised on the menu, overall it was a good experience just a small dining area.
Great place to get your favorite Thai dish and some sushi. Sushi was our favorite part of the meal. Also had Thai Red Curry and Tom Kha Gai soup. Both were pretty good.
Food was really good but the portions on the sushi rolls were small. Used to be really good portions before the update.I was surprised to order three sushi rolls and not get full. I had to order a few more items to make sure that I was satisfied. Very good food though.
It has been over a year since I have been to this location. I entered a newly remodeled and updated restaurant. Restaurant is under new ownership. The food is much better than the last time I ate here. I will be coming back more often now. I had the Thai tea (that was good). Crispy vegetable roll (made fresh and very good) Green curry chicken with fresh veggies (also very good). I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, if you have not been here in a while.
The food was great! Sushi and sashimi tasted fresh and of good quality. The presentation was beautiful too.
What a pleasant surprise! Small local restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. From the appetizers to the entrées, each dish had great flavors and spice. We will definitely be back.
The food was excellent, the service was fast, and when I went it was decorated for valentines day and I loved it!
I ordered my food through DoorDash and I live about 25 minutes away. The food was still nice and warm. I had the Pad Thai and it was great! The Crispy Shrimp Egg Rolls were FANTASTIC! I cannot wait to actually visit, if the food was good 25 minutes later, imagine how good it will be fresh from the kitchen!!!!
The appetizer bar at lunch is so fun! And their Vietnamese iced coffee was amazing. I was also really happy with their spice levels. I definitely want to return here the next time I'm in kingwood.
