The service here was awesome the lady had so much patience with us and gave us an opportunity to taste each flavor we wanted since it was our first time here. She explained the flavors and gave her opinions on the matter. The flavors of the ice cream were delicious as well and we recommend for yall to try this place if your in the area.
Their ice cream was soo yummy, and the place was a vibe! It took me back to my Michoacan roots! From the title of their shop to the decor. With such a hectic city life it's nice to see a place like this. ? Had a great time here!
Love this place I have been coming here ever since it opened. One of the many places in Houston I actively choose to come to but I have to say the attitude isn’t there.Thats why I gave them three stars instead of 1. We went there today and let’s just say it was VERY obvious that the girl helping us didn’t want to be working and I get it. We order a good amount food , typically do at $40 + , because we’re a pretty big family and we pick up something for everyone. The other staff was great and friendly but all it took was that one person to make it sour for us. I hope it isn’t like this next time I go. I really enjoy this place and I enjoy bringing other people.
We went to a neighborhood party where they were serving paletas from Tarascos; they were so good that it made us want to visit this little shop. It's located in a nondescript shopping center that we've driven past many times. The inside is small and charming with a few tables where you can enjoy your treats. The paletas come in traditional flavors like strawberry, watermelon, mango - and more exotic flavors like dragon fruit, fig, soursop, and rose petal. Chunks of fresh fruit are visible inside these tasty homemade Mexican style popsicles. They also have ice cream, smoothies, and fresh fruit tacos. The woman behind the counter offered that we could try any ice cream that interested us, so I tried the tres leches and the coconut. Both were very good, but the tres leches was amazing; I opted for that one. It was rich, delicious, and creamy, not artificial in any way, with bits of cake incorporated throughout. My husband asked about smoothies and ended up getting a mango banana combo made with fresh fruit that he really enjoyed. There were a few Mexican flavors we've never heard of - gansito, cajeta, mamey, chongos. They were kind and patient in explaining what everything was. If you enjoy trying new flavors and handcrafted treats, this little hidden gem is the perfect place to beat the summer heat.
Paletas are the main best thing here, but excellent ice cream, the texture is great and the flavours are balanced. Price is resonable you can get a pretty big scoop for 4.95.
If you are looking for homemade and unique this is your place. Very small and best for carry out. There are a few small tables inside. Fresh homemade ice cream. Buy by the scoop or try a paleta. Some traditional flavors like chocalate, strawberry etc,, but the reason this is a great stop is their unique flavor combinations like rose petal. Want a bit of spice try one of their flavors spiced with chile. They also offer smoothies with any of their ice cream flavors. Great place for a refreshing treat.
Wow, lots of variety of flavors and food. Elote, ice scream, dorinachos, churros, Aguas frescos, crepes, etc etc. They have it all! Definitely coming back.

Hidden gem for dessert treats. I almost don’t want to give them a review so that it stays a hidden gem. Some of the best ice cream I’ve had and the fam loves the paletas (popsicles). The scoop is big!I didn't expect that when I first got into the place.The ice cream is delicious. It has the right amount of sweetness. The texture is sublime. It's like scooping a soft bubble gum into your mouth. As you attempt to chew its chewy consistency, the decadent ice cream flavor slowly permeate throughout your mouth. I might not have the most experience when it comes to ice cream. However, this place might be the best ice cream place I've ever visited. I will definitely come back for more.Support your locals!
