They honestly need to higher competant employees. Ones that want to be there or at the very least ones that will pretend. I go to try and grab carrot juice. There has been several times that the carrots are there but they don't want to make it for me so I don't get to take the carrot juice. I just end up leaving. The owners should look into this.
I came to this location around 1:40pm 6/4 and the young cashier had horrible costumer service. I asked him what does the combo included and he just said a drink and pointed at the picture. He acted extremely annoyed and like he didn't even want to talk. I told him thank you after i paid and he just ignored me and left. Not coming back really bad experience. Also the spicy noodles had no flavor
Not a bad place but i think my experience was a bit disappointing since the air conditioning seemed to be off or broken. Quality of drinks and food wasn’t bad but a bit bland compared to others in this area. Would come again since the seating was nice and feels like a good place to either talk or study.
Can’t put in orders correctly online and places blame on the third party or customer for it. If you guys can’t fulfill orders correctly through third party delivery services it’s best you take yourselves off of the websites. Stop wasting people’s time and arguing with me how it’s my fault I didn’t get the order that I ordered. The whole place is unprofessional, did nothing to resolve the issue. It’s the second time they didn’t fulfill the order correctly and did nothing to fix it. If they mess up your order good luck, they have a rebuttal for everything.
Quality gone down over the years. Fried Chicken nuggets was overcooked. The braised pork is decent. Price is decent for food.
We traveled to Houston and passed by this tea store.Thai tea is highly recommended really yummy and very nice cute place as well.
Soo good!! Got tiger boba, so many flavors to choose from. All looked soo yummy. Very clean. Will definitely come back!!
Tried the jasmine tapioca drink. Loved the fact it wasn’t over sweetened. Just the right amount to make it tasty! Definitely will come back.
Tried bubble milk tea in many many places, this one falls short of being great. It wasn’t horrible it just wasn’t very flavorful.
