Another Wow for the week. This is a nice place. I arrived there before lunch seating closed. I was met with a kind reception. Seated at a Kings table to part take in my first Indian dish.It was amazing!!! So many delightful flavors in one dish. The dish consisted of a buttery chicken with jasmine rice.Food was served hot. No additional seasoning needed. A plus for me. That means to mean, The Chef took his time and taste every dish he puts out for perfection.Lighting was good. Traditional decor for this style of restaurant. I felt the authenticity of a Indian restaurant. Particularly attention was definitely on the decorators mind.The bathroom was super clean!!! All the utensils were spotless!!Nice price for very well proportioned food. WOW! This is was the first time coming here and let me say, i am so impressed. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The food was amazing. The butter chicken was phenomenal! Order the garlic nane bread! FYI you will need to order more. The sauces with each dish were packed with flavor. I highly recommend tandoori hut to anyone wanting to try some good Indian food. Will definitely be coming back.
Had a wonderful dinner at Tandoori Hut on Father's day. Went with the whole family and everyone loved it. Frankly amazed that this place was not packed to the rafters. Food and service were wonderful. Quite unique flavors, especially the appetizers. Special shout out to the fish pakora and cutlet. We will be back. Highly recommend it.
The restaurant is neat and clean with ample parking right outside. The food is fresh and well prepared and portions are more than ample. The service is was good and the staff is friendly. The variety of food is surprisingly varied and more than similar other establishments. The quality of the food and flavor is about the best in this part of Houston.
Tandoori Hut was absolutely amazing! Everything was delicious from the vegetable samosas to the butter chicken. I will definitely be returning again! Thank you, Tandoori Hut, for the delicious food and welcoming ambiance. Most definitely recommend this restaurant to all!
This place has hideous decor. No wonder it was dead on a Saturday night. Food was not bad. Service was fast. Naan was really good, Chicken Biryani was way too spicy. Maybe ok for takeout but not for dine in.
I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times and so has my family. For family functions or just lunch. Today my coworkers wanted Indian food so I suggested this restaurant. Food turned out extremely salty and horribly spicy! I called the restaurant to speak with the manager. The first time the lady that answered said that he’s not in and will be in at 5pm. I called again at 5pm and she said that he’s busy and to call back in 30 minutes. Finally, I called back an hour later and spoke with him and and told him about the food. He was extremely rude, said, “ well what do you want me to do??” and said that he’s been in business for so many years and I can’t get my money back or even another meal. I never asked for money back. I just wanted to give my coworkers the Indian food experience and asked the manager for another meal and to make it correctly. He said absolutely not and all he can do it give a portion of the money back. I am absolutely annoyed and upset with the response I got from this place. They are already struggling and barely get customers now and then they want to speak to the loyal customers that they have in this way??!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER hire this place again for any event and I will tell all my friends and family the same thing. Oh, and to top it off…the manager hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Never again!!

This is the best Indian food in NW Houston, and quite frankly, the best I've ever had. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. We ordered several dishes so we could taste multiple things, and everything was excellent! And the service was great too! Our server made suggestions on food that the kids would eat, and she was absolutely right! This restaurant is definitely going in our rotation.
Just left there and it was AMAZING!! Tried the tandoori half chicken and it was 5 stars, the chicken samosas were 5 stars, the Manchurian cauliflower was 5 stars (and as recommended by the waitress) the kids favorite, butter chicken, Tikka masala, all 5 stars. Even the water was delicious?.We have found a new favorite in our new neighborhood and HIGHLY recommend it to all authentic Indian food lovers. Don't waste as much time and money on lackluster Indian food. This place is the real deal.
