Stopped in for a bad day at work treat. Got the family a 6 pack of cupcakes. Place was clean and staff was very nice. Cupcakes were $4 a piece and absolutely delicious. Frosting was buttercream which melted in my mouth. New favorite location.
I’ve ordered several cakes from here through the years, and while they are 40 mins away, the drive is always worth it! They always exceed my expectations and the employees are super kind and accommodating. The cake I ordered was EXACTLY like the picture I sent them and they were more than happy to make a custom size/shape for me! Their cakes are unbeatable and i’ll continue to order from here. Had the opportunity of trying this bakery for the first time and yes, they delivered! The size, taste, and details (Drum) were all beautifully made and my son loved it. My guest were all taking pictures and asking where I made it.You guys rock. Will definitely come back again.

I have been a patron of this cake shop for nearly 8 years, through various cake artists and policies. Throughout the years this shop has continuously declined in the area of customer service. Their cakes are very tasty, but nothing that I couldn't get elsewhere. I chose them because of the proximity and they always delivered beautiful cakes. However, recently I was trying to order a cake for my daughter's birthday with the assumption that their 48 hour order policy still existed. I spoke with a representative over the phone and explained my request for the cake and they asked that I send them pictures but would have to place the order that day. Between the time that I sent the pictures and immediately called back to follow up no one answered their phone because they were closed. I would have thought that the representative would have at least taken a deposit from me since I was calling within a time frame that they could accommodate making the cake although they told me their policy was now 72 hours. I was willing to pay whatever I needed to pay for the cake, which was a small cake because they refused to make anything bigger due to the timing. I would think as a small business, if a customer comes to you even with a last minute request outside of your policy, you would be willing to take the order and simply charge them Rush fees accordingly so that you could make more money on the deal. After going back and forth with the representative on the phone hearing what they couldn't do, I was finally resolved to just be done with this cake shop. The representative, even knowing that I had been a long-standing customer, seemed unbothered that they were losing a loyal good paying return customer.Since I'm taking the time to write this review, I may as well mention that my previous order about 2 years ago pre-pandemic I experience similar poor customer service with a representative who gave me a huge attitude about what they could and couldn't do. So much so that another representative had to step in and take over for her. If I could I would love the opportunity to speak directly to the owner of this shop to give her my feedback of my experiences over the years.All I can say is that customer service these days are extremely poor. I recognize that businesses are balancing several orders and can't simply accommodate everything however that should have been stated to me in the very beginning when I had time to go to another vendor. However they strung me along for at least 24 hours in frustration and I'm now left to find another cake vendor on the same shorter notice. More than anything, I'm really disappointed because I feel like the front end of this cake shop is bringing down the business. Better hiring decisions need to be made.Thanks, you really take the cake.
Honestly the cake was good but I was just so impressed how they were spot on with the cake design! My son loved it it was a my singing monsters design and he loved it so much! We showed them a picture and they really did it better than the pic I showed them! Thank you guys you really made a kid happy. And the price is NOT at all bad I was expecting way more but no it was a great price and yummy cake!
The first picture I sent Take The Cake and the other 3 is what they made. Perfection! The cake was exactly what we wanted and tasted just as good. Great service and communication.
I’ve had their carrot cake and it was absolutely amazing. Bought my daughter’s birthday cake from here and it was just way way too sweet with very little actual vanilla flavor to it. Very disappointed and the kids didn’t even want to finish their slices. They chose ice cream over cake or no dessert at all for the rest of the week so it just sat there uneaten sadly.
Ordered two cakes for a Christmas party. They were delicious! Had multiple people tell me they were the best cakes they’d ever had.
Bad experience feel very disappointed about 2 weeks ago I place an order for a white chocolate cake with fresh raspberries I got a very nice cake when I pick it up but when they cut it to get a slice there was only 2 raspberries I was horrified this was a gift so disappointed I pay too much just to get a couple of fresh raspberries
