Table 7 did a great job accommodating our large group (over several tables, which was fine). Several were disappointed about a lack of avocado but the servers were upfront about that :). Our table had a great breakfast! One member of our party (at a different table) had something wrong in their order but honestly we were impressed overall with the location, food, and service here!

Visit here from chicago for few days .Food was good ! Nice View and soft music. I had French toasts and potatoes and eggs . Most importantly my coffee was hot

The service was excellent, and the food was even better! We walked in and the waitress informed us of the wait time due to a big group entering before us (love the honesty). The chicken was cook to perfection with the right amount of crisp, and the sausage has a little spice to it. My tastebuds enjoyed the French toast and potatoes too! I highly recommend this place!

Came in on 4th of July morning and we had just missed the morning rush. There was only one server and she had to do it all!! Bud tables, take orders, serve, and make the drinks. Respect!! She greeted us immediately and let us seat ourselves. Within 2 minutes, she took our drink order and soon after our food order. She was awesome.Food was great! I had the chicken fried chicken with gravy and my husband had the short stack. Breakfast potatoes were outstanding. Would definitely come back.

SO GOOD. My friends and I were visiting Downtown HTX and couldn’t figure out where to eat brunch and we found Table 7! It’s super cute and a great atmosphere. After going out the night before Downtown this was the perfect meal.-Avocado Toast-Chicken and Waffles-and a Waffle and Eggs and Potatoes breakfast plate! They also were very accommodating when we asked them if they could make us a ToGo order for a friend for us to bring back after we had already ordered. Def recommend!

[1] The service was slow. I placed my to-go order about 20 minutes before a nearby couple sat and placed their order, yet they recieved their food long before me.[2] The chicken-fried chicken with gravy didn't come with gravy and I had to walk 7 blocks to get it.[3] Food was hot when I got home the first time, but became cold because of the missing key ingredient.

I really don t think all these negative reviews are about this restaurant. Our food was delicious, filet mignon , shrimp and grits, mahi tuna all well seasoned and cooked as ordered, even with requests, drinks were spot on. Although our waitress was new and did not speak English very well, she repeated our requests for accuracy and wrote everything down and verified. Very friendly and came to check on us often. Bartender also. Enjoyed so much we went back next day Easter Sunday for brunch. Ate outside this time. It was delightful. Food very well presented, great taste. Crab cake was all crab, very little bread crumbs. Chicken fried steak and waffles, French toast , avocado toast were all delicious. Bloody Mary's, mimosas very tasty. We are very picky, and had no complaints whatsoever. I understand this is a new chef. Do yourself a favor and give this place another try. We will be back and the 4 of us all agree this is our new small go to spot for a relaxing meal.

I walked here so can't comment in detail on parking. There is a valet stand outside and standard street metered parking in the area. It looked like most of the diners were hotel guests. The layout is nice. The atmosphere is nice. The staff were friendly. The comments about the place being understaffed are accurate. Lots of dirty tables and unclean countertops. Service was pretty slow. The food was fine although my friend's burger salad was very underwhelming. Pricing definitely feels to be on the high side for what it is. Unless you're staying nearby and need something quick for breakfast, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

If you want to know what people mean when they say you can’t taste your food as a symptom of Covid, then eat here. The service was definitely as bad as the food. Do your self a favor and go wait for 45 minutes at a better restaurant and at least enjoy your food.

Came here our first morning for breakfast. We were served drinks and the male waiter never came back and took our order. He began taking other customers that arrived after us. So we left.Came a second day to get food to go. While waiting on my food at the bar I could see into the kitchen. One of the cooks was eating while he was cooking. This is a big no-no.Needless to say, we will never come here again.Should probably be inspected by the Health department.
