This is the second location we’ve been to, excellent excellent food… Very kind associates and even the workers in the back were attentive to our needs just in case we weren’t getting help fast enough… They were very busy with online orders as well.We will be back… It was too cold to eat outside, but the outside is covered, and the landscaping is on point, creating a beautiful ambience. Was taking notes for my yard lol

My first experience. It's great to have fresh healthy options for dinner. The food was delicious, but the service not so much. I ordered for 'pick up' and was told on arrival that someone had picked my order up. there was a lot of back and forth, even when i showed the employee my email confirmation.she finally located it in the 'delivery' section and didn't bother to appologise.All she had to do is make an effort to look for my order, instead of insisting it's been picked up! That's pure laziness.

love sweetgreen! but this is not a great location. i agree with many of the other reviewers that the customer service could use some help. each time i have come in the guy working has been in such a rush...seems annoyed i am even there. it's gotta be the amount of togo orders as it's always an empty dining room.

Been here 3 times now. The concept is great but the execution and customer experience needs improvement. The food I’ve gotten has been a 4/5. Love all the options, decent pricing for healthy food in my opinion, good quality ingredients. No show stopping flavors though.I am far from being picky about customer service, however one night I walked in this place 5 minutes from closing time (unknowingly) and the guy at the counter just looked at me as I walked in and said “no.” Lol. I’d like to clarify that I did not ask a question… he just looked at me and said “no.” Also, out of the two orders I have received one of them did not have the included sweet potatoes.In summary: food is pretty good, experience is pretty lackluster.

This is second and final time ordering from this location. My order, was completely wrong. No sweet potato on my harvest bowl and the associate told me my item didn’t come with bread when I inquired about the missing item from my order. That’s inaccurate because bread is an option when you order online and bread is printed on my order receipt. Nothing is worse than getting home and not having the food you ordered when you get ready to eat.Additionally, you cannot reach an actual person when you call the store. You’re routed to a customer care team member who communicates via text and honestly hasn’t been very helpful.

Wife and I drove from Austin to visit friends. Went to this restaurant where we were told to download an app. When the app did not work, we asked about ordering normally but the lady working there said “no, that’s not our problem”. Never eating here or any of these locations because of this terrible experience. Eat somewhere else in this area like Highline Park with much better service.

the food was really good! they were having people order through the app because they were short staffed which i totally get. however, a young woman came to the counter and told them her phone wasn’t working and asked one of the 5 people working if she could just order from them and they said no? that doesn’t make any sense to me. not the best costumer service, but i don’t know what was going on behind the scenes to make them unable to take one verbal order so ?‍♀️

This store only takes orders through the app and won’t use a register even though I saw multiple workers just standing around and talking. My app wasn’t working so I couldn’t order food and the workers said “I guess you can’t order then. Other people’s apps are working and that’s not your problem.” Worst service

Good concept with bad customer service.We’ve tried this place a few times because the food offering looks really good, it’s also in a nice area and the ingredients are healthy but every time we leave having a different bad experience. usually a really rude server, or if you order for pick up a disappointing food serving. I think I’m ready to try somewhere else to dine. Hopefully the owners get some good manager to shake things up.

Really good spot in the new MKT shopping area. MKT is right off of the White Oak Bayou trail so sweetgreen is very accessible. There are plenty of options and I find myself coming back here frequently. Would definitely recommend.
