i placed an order online through the website and they forgot a whole base (wild rice) and my PROTEIN. i’m really not sure how that’s even missed. so all i received was vegetables. i went at non-busy time too. plenty of workers there. they need a quality check. had to contact support for a refund.
I love this place I always come here they have best salads in this location ?
Twice the rice was crispy-crunchy dry. All the ingredients supposed to be served warm were cold. Those salads were quite inedible. I figured thestaff were just having a bad day so I decided to not complain and give them a 3rd chance. The 3rd time within a month of my last visit the rice was hard seemed uncooked or overcooked and burnt again. The manager said it would take one hour to cook fresh rice. I asked if she could throw a couple of sweet potato pieces instead of the rice and she said no, unless I paid $2 extra. Not only the quality of their food has taken a remarkable dive, but the quality of the service has as well. Many of their salads have rice, why can they keep a rice cooker going all day? Terrible management I think is the answer here. I hope things improve for them
Very fresh, healthy options. They have many vegan and gluten free options on the menu and you can modify everything to make it vegan/gluten free. The interior is nice and inviting, and the staff was friendly.I don’t like that they use single-use bowls and forks, because even though it’s compostable, it still creates a lot of trash, and is quite unnecessary.
Sweetgreen always comes through with the delicious healthy bowls. I can always count on them to have a tasty bowl that fits my taste for the day. I like that the fact that is a quick healthy option.
The green goddess ranch goes good with everything, including apples.
I love the salad, delicious ?
Got the miso bowl with blackened chicken. Definitely one of the better salads I've ever had. Really nice flavor combos-kale, nuts, cabbage, rice and chicken with the right amount of dressing. Very nice.
Delicious food but they've switched to ordering through their app only.Didn't think it would be that big an issue, however, there was little signage to let customers know of the change and no employees to provide help (they were all hidden away in the kitchen). Instead they had a couple QR codes which I scanned but just took me to a website saying some offer had expired (I thought it would take me to download the app). Searched and finally downloaded the app but had to go through the sign-up process. After completing all of the above, the earliest time available was 20+ minutes out (usually you can be in and out of the store in five minutes). The app didn't support Apple Pay - you had to pull out your credit card and type it in which I didn't really feel comfortable doing in the store with a bunch of other customers standing around me waiting for their food.I'm not against to-go only and fully support SG's efforts to provide a safe environment for both their customers and employees, but if I have to order through an app, it should at least support guest checkout and Apple Pay like most other websites/apps do.Needless to say, I left without ordering.
Great place. Highly recommend. Diverse healthy options and great quality ingredients. It’s a little expensive but then again most healthy food options are.
