I don't normally eat salads for a meal but a friend talked me into trying Sweetgreen . The choices were great. You can build your own or choose from the menu. If you choose from the menu they let you substitute items and you can add extras (some have a fee). Everything was fresh and I really enjoyed my salad. I'll take a photo next time. The portion was pretty large so I felt full when I finished.
I love this place but they did something today that is unsanitary. Instead of replacing the old chicken container with a new one, they poured the new chicken onto the top of the old one. That’s a no no in sanitation. If management reads this and acknowledges the issue will be addressed, I’ll gladly edit this review.
Freshly made, healthy salads!! Try it and you will see the difference from other restaurants! My daughters love this place!
The worst review I’ve had to write. I genuinely love this place. Long story short, there was a bug in my salad (kale Cesar) and I had already eaten a good amount of it which is so sad. Anyways, I notified the employees and instead of trying to address the situation, they quickly said “um that’s not a roach. That’s a bug from the Roman- it’s nothing”. They then asked me if I wanted another salad or my money back. Needless to say, I asked for my money back. So sad to leave this review!!!
The Kale Caesar salad is yum here.
Have ordered 2x from this location. First time there was a LONG HUMAN HAIR in my salad. The second time there were MULTIPLE CHICKEN BONES in my salad. This location has quality issues AVOID AT ALL costs. Otherwise the food is awesome other locations are fine.
Good Food with terrible non-existent customer service. Ordered food that never arrived. When you call all you get is phone service that eventually sends you a text where they say they are right on it though...they are not. No response. Maybe after you call back and try the 4th or 5th option you may get a refund through the system all the mean while never speaking to anyone and never getting your food. Russian Roulette with these guys.
Fresh ingredients and clean and minimal looking space. The staff are young and look like they are students, try to be nice to them, I don’t think their intention is to be rude, just inexperienced.
I love this place with a burning passion in my heart! Delicious and healthy! Only thing I wish is that they were 24/7 but we can't have everything in life!
I usually don’t do reviews (mostly because of forgetfulness ?) but I had to write this one because I had the most wonderful experience. It was me and my friend’s first time going and I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I appreciated the display of food. So as my friend and I approached the line, Riley was so welcoming. We told him it was our first time and he thoroughly went over the menu. We were placing four orders. From my experience working in food service, it takes patience especially for those who have never eaten at your establishment. But Riley really took his time to make sure we were satisfied with our orders. He also offered suggestions. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received (it’s up there with Chick fil a so that should tell you something.) I got a modified crispy rice bowl and Riley said they had some fresh shrimp so I said “Go on and throw some in there!” I gotta say, the salad was very yummy. Definitely going back.
