I've lived around the corner for years before SweetCup opened and decided to stop in not long ago. I'll definitely visit more often. The selections are awesome and the service and service counter help is what impressed me most. Highly recommended.
Went to 34th street location last week for the first time and learned that they are no longer open, so came to this location today. Had 3 scoops in a cup; Mint Cucumber, Cafe Au Lait and Banana Pudding, and loved them all especially Mint Cucumber was impressive that I have never had like that before. Will come back.
The strawberry gelato was AMAZING!!!! I would have wrote home to mom about it, but she was with me so no need to. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend
Customer service was blah. All the unique flavors needed to be explained. My grandson and I were offered 4 samples each. The samples were the size of a raisin. I decided to order Dirty Banana Pudding which ended up not being good to me. My last complaint is the value. My scoops were so small and hollow my cone was empty in 2 minutes.My grandson loved his raspberry and birthday cake combo!
Seriously the best ice cream I’ve ever had. If you are in Houston and you want gelato or sorbet…this is it. The waffle cone is ridiculously good. ?? ??
This location is great. This was my first time trying Gelato and it tastes really good. The ice cream is very smooth and they flavors they have are delicious. It's a good place to go and grab a gelato and just hang out.
I’m a sucker for gelato, but dang ol this is good stuff!! For Spring Break 2022, we are doing an ice cream tour of Houston. We heard about this place, but it blew us away!! My kids never want another kind (& honestly, me neither)! ♥️

Where to start..I guess with the ?Ice cream ?would be best ?Man o man.. Take it from someone who has never tried any other ice cream other than Blue Bell.. They have some amazing Ice cream? With Mind blowing flavors,flavors ive never heard of wich I love ! Your allowed up to four Samples unfortunately lol... BUT I completly understand.. seeing how there are customers.. such as myself ? that would sample EACH ONE ! If you get a cup your given a complimentary Waffle piece i think it is.. that is delicious as well.. The customer service.. Was SUPERB ! The Employees are Great !!! Great attitude and very patient.. Ik i was probably one of those annoying customers.. but never once did she show it ? Stayed with a beautiful positive attitude.. I had to give her a tip.. BTW guys.. ijs.. I sat there for a while before ordering and witness quite a little rush of customers.. two to be exact Nd not one tiped.. Not one smh and I witnessed great customer service thru the rushes. All im saying is.. throw a dollar or two in the tip jar especially when the customer service is great Nd with them it is.. Give them a try guys..
Great sorbets and gelatos, glad I chose this place. Very tasty and different flavors. I had a grapefruit lavender sorbet and it was worth the price! My kid loved it too.
