I would like to say you were very professional and your attention to detail in everything you do is amazing. When my friend and I pulled up you were making sure the shop windows were nice and clean. When you walk in, everything is gorgeously presented. This was my first gelato place and I was not disappointed.As a chef, your gelato has no crystals and it is super silky smooth. Your flavor profile for your creme brulee is on point. When I gave the cookies and creme to my guy, his eyes lit up and he was like this is the best ice cream I've ever had! (He's also not had gelato before)Thank you and I want your business to have so much more because after escaping to here from Louisiana this was probably the best breath of fresh air!
The Gelato was delicious and service was great.
I got the Vietnamese coffee and three amigos flavors. They were both delicious. However the cost is pretty Strep.
Ice cream here is so darn good! Very friendly here! I'm coming back for sure!
YUM. I don't know how it took me this long to try Sweet Cup!I got cookies and cream and my husband got the Nutella s'mores. Cookies and cream had huge chunks of cookies and was delicious, honestly probably the best cookies and cream flavor I've ever had.The waffles for the cones also had a great flavor, and more importantly in my opinion, texture!
Gelato is really good, I would not return though because the service was really off putting. I had never been before and I had asked the guy employee a question about a gelato, he just stared as if i was bothering. My friend answered the question for me as she had been there before. I’m not asking for excellent service but that was a really uncomfortable and a demeaning experience. If I was alone I would have left without purchasing but I was with friends so I swallowed my pride.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Very rude and felt very uncomfortable. The employee was not informative. i felt my race had played a big part. Asking the Employee question and his response was very short and dry. My bestfriend and i recently came here yesterday 7/1/2020
My friend and I came here yesterday after eating wings across the street. The atmosphere was not welcoming! We were not greeted and just stared at when asking a question. I asked him if there were chunks in the ice cream (ie toppings) and he was confused.. I then asked if I could sample a flavor and he said no. I’ve never been here so I don’t know how anything looks or taste. He didn’t try to help or accommodate us at all. We ended up going somewhere else.
