Service was amazing and love the outdoor seating. However food was terrible! Their burger meat is heavily processed and cheaper tasting than McDonald's. I only took two small bites and couldn't continue was so gross. Their deserts tasted like tv dinner brownies and cookie gross! They didn't even have the ice cream part for either!My waiter asked if I wanted something else so I ordered a dinner replacement but it took like 25 min to get and then they charged me for both! I asked why and my waiter claimed manager refused a refund. Very poor management choice never going back!
Slow & rude staff. I have been three times and EVERY time i have to end up going to the bar to order drinks (and even that is still slow). Its like they do not care about their customers.
Sometimes it takes a while to get your food, but it's worth the wait. Everything is fresh and delicious. I really like their outdoor covered seating--perfect for enjoying a nice day. They even have portable heaters so you can enjoy being outside even during winter. I highly recommend the Swampy Style and their chocolate milkshake, though there are no wrong choices on the menu ?There's usually plenty of parking too. My only real complaint is that it always takes way too long to get the bill.
Joan is the owner and is awesome before I say anything else. Good to see good local people doing great things. Me and my two little girls love going there because Daddy gets to watch the ballgames, play a little Cornhole, while my girls get to play on the playground. They also have sand volleyball courts which my workout group plans to play there soon. Obviously, you can hit some balls at the range as well, and the prices are very reasonable. Food is good as well and I have had the tacos, burgers, cheese tots, nachos, I'm a lone star kind of guy, but my wife will order some of their signatures drinks and has loved them all. We need to go check out the breakfast on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Point is, good food, good drinks, kids can play, and parents can enjoy themselves as well. Win, win, win, win!!!!
Joan, Matt and the entire staff quickly became a second family after discovering this establishment 1.5 years ago. Food, drinks and atmosphere is wonderful. Whether you need a golf day with the guys, drinks with the girls, a family friendly dinner where the kids can run off some energy or delicious weekend breakfast- this is the spot!
I drove far out to the suburbs to frequent this establishment after I heard good things; however, after my visit I was terribly disappointed.Swanny’s shows zero respect to their customers and the hard earned dollars they bring through the door. I will never return to this god forsaken place again.
some of the worst service I have yet to experience. thought it was a nice spot but only to be treated with complete lack luster service from the whole operation. Never seen an owner lose his cool, and handle his guest so poorly. I spent 2 decades in the industry and understand how it’s been as of late, and I usually would give a place a second try. Nope! Will never spend a single dime here let alone refer anyone to come here. Owner is a nut case.
Decent food and area for gatherings, but TERRIBLE service. MORE ASSISTANCE NEEDED. Highly unlikely to return.
Continued to be disappointed by Swanny's. Service and food were poor. Worst burger I've had in a long time really over cooked dry and tough. The only redeeming features are the outside seating and playvarea for the kids. Love music was really good.
Cool staff nice drinks good environment the food is not not very well. Nice pond for fishing.
