The pricing is fair given the amount of food you receive. The food itself is extraordinary for how simple it is. The taste is profound and has a bit of a kick, so if you have a weaker palate for spices, you may think elsewhere. Cajun at its best! (I had the Shrimp fried rice mini platter)
So I've only been here 3 times but each time I go the staff isn't super attentive. It takes them a while to acknowledge you I've only done the online ordering and pick up so I can't say how it is when you walk in to order. You do have to have your ID and physical card to pick up your order. 1 time here it took longer than promised. 2nd time they failed to send the text message that it was ready. 3rd time was alright beside have the staff take a long time.Other besides that the food is great. I always get the wings and they come out perfect every time. The fries are awesome.
My family and I have been visiting this restaurant since they opened their doors. When they started their prices were very reasonable and the staff was very accommodating. The staff used to bring your order to your table with a smile, while providing excellent customer service. Now they aren't as attentive, I had to ask several times for extra sauce (which I paid for). Plus you have to go pick up your order from the counter while dealing with young adults attitudes. The staff is on their phones, talking to each other and making the customer wait. As with most restaurants they've raised their prices over the last couple of years. The food is still good, but the service and added fees can be a HUGE turn off.
First time customer. The place was clean and the crawfish are delicious. I also bought the rice for my family but it looks great also. Definitely coming back!
These filets are so flavorless, dark and hard. I regret stopping by this place. And please tell the guy at the front to Stop touching his hair if he is touching the to go orders and drinks.That's Not Sanitary!
Their fried whole wings are way too salty to enjoy. I got the 5 piece and threw the whole plate out. Too heavy handed on the season salt. Will continue to go to China One for my wings. They're fried to perfection and able to enjoy.
When you first walk in, Ghetto....But the food?? the food is delicious! The employees are so nice. Well the guy misunderstood us about the crab legs I think it was... Tooo ??spicy?But otherwise delicious and so was the rest of the food. Yummy food indeed and no we didn't eat here... It was full and I was more comfortable eating at home but food here was amazing!If you want good food, this is it! Idk if you mind the rest... But that doesn't matter. It doesn't change how good the food is, yum!
Horrible customer service! I placed an order an hour ahead of time online and part of my order was missing I called back and the rude employee said they have to review cameras in order to refund the order I never got. The order was suppose to be ready at 6:25 and it wasn’t ready until 10 min after. If you’re gonna have people waiting, ID people, ask for the card they pay with, the LEAST you can do is get the order right. Food is nothing out of ordinary, spicy Cajun flavor but NOT worth coming twice!

I wish I can give zero stars… I ordered the swamp city pack for $27.99… the smell was horrible and the seafood made me sick to my stomach… whoever boiled the crabs and shrimp AND corn you need to stay the hell out of the kitchen… nothing was seasoned… they got my money for free… I will never be visiting them again… they suck…
