I am not a sushi eater but my husband is. Well that has changed after eating here. The food was great and service so easy. I highly recommend this place for new and veteran sushi eaters.
Under new management was horrible and rude, they didn’t even have change for cash! I forgot my card in my car so I was trying to pay cash but they didn’t even make the effort to try and see if the could make the change. So they left me there for a good minute trying to decide what I was going to do when my dad comes and saves the day! Also they don’t sell the awesome little appetizer tacos with carb meat any more.
Exceptional place that reawoke my inner want for sushi. Genuinely been to three other sushi places since this and only one has come close. Would highly reccomend this to anyone visiting the galleria, especially if you're a fan of new, open concepts, or trying new types of food.
Food is Decent, fast good service
The place is an open concept restaurant at the Galleria mall. The chef can be seeing while they prepare the fresh sushi there. The display of some sushi dishes are an easy take-grab on the go. However I decided to order mine fresh and the waiter took my order right away.My order came out fast. It was fairly priced. And I must say it was very good my food selection. My sushi was serve with soy sauce and a signature sauce that was delicious. I highly recommend it.
Told us to seat ourselves, and when we picked a booth they told us you needed more than 3 people to sit at the booth. At least 3 other parties of 3 sat down at the booths while we were here.Staff was rude, and waiting to get the food not off the conveyor belt took a long time
Not a place I'd recommend for raw fish. Not many options and what was out on the conveyor belt looked like it was sitting there for a while. A roll we tried with cream cheese tasted sour and spoiled. Udon noodle soup was great though!
Overpriced for the quality. Taste is only average. There were only about 5 or 6 different rolls out on rotation, if you want anything good expect to have to order it. The sushi is unique in a bad way; one dish was a California roll topped with a mountain of crab filling. Another had sweet potato. Don't go here unless you want to leave hungry and with empty pockets.
First the guy took way too long to take my to go order. He was busy cleaning up. Then after 20-25 mins of waiting I got my order and the avocado in my sushi was not fully ready to be eaten. The sushi taste was good and sashimi taste was decent. But because of the wait considering the fact that there were not many people when I went in id probably not go there again
Nice sushi place
