Before even getting the food the customer service is great Miss.T was very friendly and attentive in the drive thru

i ordered 10 wings and only received SIX. they don’t even sell them by 6 sooooo????? very disappointing to get all the way home and not get what i paid for. i then called the store and someone gave me the run down as if they were so distraught that that happened and they were going to fix it. never received a call or anything back. the food was good but please give me what i paid for. that was absolutely ridiculous especially after waiting for 20 minutes. the food was not just for me, it was for a friend and i... UPSET. this also pertains to the actual restaurant and not the food truck.
Today was my second time 5/14/22. The first time was at the truck. The grease needed to be changed, then.Now my son wanted to try it. Disappointed again. The chicken and are too greasy. I had the shrimp and crawfish and not one shrimp or crawfish. It is just the seasoning. They need to let the chicken drain on a napkins. The chicken does not come with fries. The price for 3 drummettes and a hand full of fries is $11. Its too greasy and over priced. Do better black owned business. You robbed me. Otw back to Wingstop.Please look at the pictures. Also, the ranch is is not homemade.
First time here. It was definitely different but good. I was have like to had a side of just the stuffing that comes in the seafood stuff'd chicken.
Fries were bland. Didnt taste the seafood rice nor see seafood in the wings. Just meh, boring..wont be returning.
It was delicious however the customer service sucked, black owned businesses have got to stop leaving there lil nephew pooky to run the business on the last day of the week they are open, makes for a bad review, first he gave me an 8 piece instead of a 10 piece, dude you had one job in this order, it was to count and cook the wings, the Mexican man was on fries smh ?♀️, the fries were yummy but small order, I wouldn’t go back unless someone else was supervising
