The BEST Stabucks! The staff make it a point to know their customers. I order on line and never have to wait. Even if I did it is understandable. I have been going to other Starbucks because they still were serving the toasted white chocolate mocha and the wait time was awful at the other locations, even if I order on line 20 minutes ahead I would still have a long wait time.So I just want to Thank this location for my drink always made to perfection and no wait time.
This Starbucks fuels my every morning and they do such a great job at it! Extremely hard working baristas, especially during these tough times. They craft every drink to perfection with love. I stop by here daily before work and the team always has super service, especially Jazmin! (Sorry if I mispelt it) She's an A Player for sure and her energy is amazing! Her personality really brightens my day as soon as I walk through the doors! Keep at it guys! You all rock.
I have stopped at this location when in the area two weeks ago for a simple double espresso macchiato and got more mild that espresso… they did remake it. So yesterday while in the area again I mobile ordered a venti white mocha 3 extra shots again there was so much milk that that didn’t taste the flavor just milk and espresso. I was running for work and wasn’t able to go back and didn’t even bother to call able the horrible order. Note to self never go back!
How do u not have whipped cream. And I asked if the could put the part the throw away and wash down the sink in a cup for the baby and I was told they would have to charge me foe a small... Great customer service u were going to wash it down the sink lol
You know i have toy fair share of Starbucks but this one here is my ultimate fav. They always take the time to get your order right and offer subs when they are out of the drink you want.
I added a star for Christmas. Speaking of which, on Christmas eve, we were told they close at 8pm (called to ask before going). We get there at around 7:45 & they didn't want to take any orders. There was a line and two cars got there order so when we pulled up to the window, they didn't even want to open the window. So they finally did and said the best thing they could offer is " regular coffee because all of our machines are down"... What?? Lol. Getting paid time and a half but cool...
Super busy location and I guess that's why they make a lot of mistakes. It's also hit and miss with customer service. Sometimes the staff is cheerful and ready to help and sometimes they act like I'm interrupting their day by needing to order something. One day I had to return every drink in my order because they were all wrong. I feel that's ridiculous. It was 3 drinks in the order btw

Starbucks the biggest rip off! If you order a latte beware. Each 16 oz latte only contains one 2oz shot of Expresso. So you are getting 2oz of coffee and 14oz of steamed milk for $6! Save your money and buy the small size. It contains the same amount of Expresso with less milk! If you want a real latte, go to Dunkin Donuts!
My drink tasted good but it wasn't what i asked for. I ordered a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino but i got a Mocha Cookie Crumble. A little dissapointed.
