The manager was awesome! She was able to pick up on a little surprise for my girls. Coffee was good too...but the customer service was perfect!
I went through the drive thru to get my venti shaken expresso the order was made wrong went inside and bartista who made it acted surprised that i told her it tasted like water and then passed my order over to the next bartista without telling him what was in my drink and she peeled the label off and they still made it wrong use to be a good location but the service has went down tremendously at this location
Two different trips here, waiting ten minutes in the drive through, only to be told they don’t have Earl Grey. This isn’t some weird unusual order, it’s an extremely common tea.
First time bad experience in the past ten years.I had coffee Nationwide in different states cities.Today at this location Shadow creek branch. My favorites are Starbucks Mocha, Expresso and many from the menu. At 5:20pm I was stuck and had to wait above 20min on drive thru for one white chocolate Mocha! When I asked the girl behind the window- why the service is slow, she didn’t give any attention. I said cancel my coffee, she said “ok, Have a nice day” and shut the window on my face.I had to drive away with bad headache- coffee would have been a relief.Very bad customer service.Pls provide proper training to these employees.
Order online to pick up in store . Got there and they didn’t want to open the door for me , they said that I needed to do a drive thru line that it was about 10 cars . Ask if I can cancel my order and told me the same think.
Highly disappointed. My entire order was substituted because different items were sold out. This is the 1st time ever in my life I've gone to a Starbucks and everything I ordered was changed up.
After taking the order, paying for it and waiting more than half hour in line, they informed me they run out of it.Very poor experience and bad business management, they don't respect people's TIME.
My daughter works here. We visited while she was off shift. Needless to say it took too long for a lemonade drink.
They have always made my drinks perfectly. The only downside to this location is the fact that people park in the handicapped parking to pick-up their orders which last time I checked was illegal. Also, on a not so much breaking the law and more just kind of being a jerk, customers also Park in the curbside pickup spots and walk-in to order...drinks are great and the staff is friendly and very cheery (it must be the coffee!). Curbside pickup had become very slow since my first review.
Tried new Apple Crisp drink at suggestion of batista. Did not disappoint! Enjoyed!
