If you ever want a $4 cup of ice, go to this Starbucks. Ordered a tall black tea and it was barely a few sips. Rest was all ice. Will not be returning.
Rude drive through employee, just held the phone scanner out the window and didn’t say a word then realized I was paying with card like I was inconveniencing him. Apparently didn’t hear my whole order and completely missed the second item and seemed confused when I didn’t drive off. Blamed the audio system. Had to recharge me for the missed item and said I found one for you as it seemed right next to him, won’t be surprised if I’m double charged. Bad experience from this Starbucks and other reviews show that customer service is not a high priority at this location.
Drinks good! However no soap in men’s bathroom and masks by several employees not over noses.. so ineffective!
Worst customer service the “manager” Bonnie Bove gave me the worst attitude. Very unprofessional from a manager. I always go to that Starbucks at least 4 times every week. They definitely lost me as a costumer. Never going back there!
Whenever I take my niece to school, we always stop here. It’s busy in the mornings but what Starbucks isn’t!?! The shift leader knows my name and the staff is always friendly even when Kens and Karens are not.I don’t like getting up in the mornings after retirement. But when I do, I go to this Starbucks!
Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. The drive through employee is extremely rude, I wish I got her name. Literally handed me my drink without even a word of acknowledgement with her hand out the window and face turned to her computer. After all the starbucks I go to you can tell these people use this type of customer service daily. Forgot my 2nd drink, didn’t apologize when I asked and again handed my drink with no eye to eye contact or have a great day. Will not be visiting this location again, I’ll drive the extra mins to a different one.

I went in today I ordered 2 carame macchiato one vendi one Grande I got charged for it this big rude women that worked there made me 2 grande so I told her she got an adetu about it told me no I didn't order that so told cashier she said I put it in system like that not my fault it wrong .I'm like I payed fie it she get rude told big women just make it for her so she made it with an attitude and thru the cup on the counter I told her she don't like her job need go work somewhere else when I wS walking out the door she took her mask down and start talking bad about me so I told them I never seen such rude people working at any Starbucks. Then go to car she did not put caramel in it or my extra shot of espresso. Drink was so sweet totally waisted my money this women there are rude and miserable
Twas wonderful. Loved the Frappuccino!They put the perfect amount of extra caramel drizzle on the inside of the cup before they put the coffee frap inside it and I love it!Thanks again Starbucks for making me feel happy and refreshed with your delicious coffees ♡
Very unprofessional. Felt like I was talking to a spoiled brat with an attitude while placing the order.
