Usually I have a great experience when I go weekday mornings. The staff if very friendly and I really appreciate their attitude for such a hectic shift. When I go on the weekends however, the service is TERRIBLE. I have had a rude barista many times, I believe its the same one named Kenli or something like that. Her attitude is so strong that I have left without ordering which I don't usually do. I don't like to write mean reviews but this is the starbucks closest to me and it's terrible to have such a bad barista serving me. Please do something about her.

I had purchased sausage egg biscuit sandwich and when they served it to me it was cold. That's cool it needed about 15 sec and it would have been good to go but they threw the one they gave me away to reheat another. Those are terrible standards for food. That sandwich would ha e better served a homeless person than being in the garbage. I expressed my concern and they replied with "we donate food all the time". What's the point if you're still throwing away good food. That's a crime in other countries. That's like saying I stopped stealing but I only steal at certain places. The good does t justify the wrong.
Absolutely my fav location. I have 2 favorite barista's, Kyra and Mazie. They both are super amazing and make my drink perfect every single time. If you're in the area drop by and get a great drink from them it'll change your life!!!
Kyra the manager is THE BEST!! She greeted me with the most beautiful smile and sincerity I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. My drink was on point, and as I sat and enjoyed my coffee, I noticed she greeted everyone else the same way - everyone got equal treatment. Kyra is truly a VIBE. She also said please and thank you to her employees. This girl is on FIRE! I want a cup of what she’s drinking-lol!! ?. EXCELLENT service. I hope someone in the corporate office sees this - you have a star on your team.
Kyra brightened my morning today and offered us some rockstar service during the morning rush! They were busy but we were still in and out in 5 minutes and she made me smile. Thank you!!
This location has had service problems recently. Today, I ordered an Americano and then subsequently asked for a dash of milk and cinnamon. No one else was in line or the drive through. The woman told me I needed to ask for those items in advance in the future so that I could be charged for them. I asked to clarify that the normal stuff Starbucks had on their condiments bar pre-covid was going to cost now, and she said "We've never had creamer out, that has to be refrigerated!" and proceeded to act as if I was crazy thinking there was ever cream and sugar sitting out. If you're going to charge for creamer or cinnamon, just say that, but don't gaslight customers. Go to the Memorial and Dairy Ashford location for a more pleasant experience. The young lady in the drive thru on MARCH 4th @5:30-5:40 pm was EXTREMELY RUDE !!!!! Didn’t get a name or look at her but they should take a look at this staff because wow ! Just literally said no to every request I made for a drink , ridiculous !!!!
The staff here are always friendly and efficient, they also make some of the best Starbucks drinks I’ve tried. Have yet to find another Starbucks that makes my drinks like this location !
Terrible serviceI asked for a vanilla ice coffee with the classic syrup in it and got a plain coffee with no syrup ..Ok mistakes happen so I asked if she could fix it and she said she can’t handle my cup of coffee because she gave it to me already . SMH even tho she handled it already with no gloves !! .ok so then she rolls her eyes turns around pours syrup in a small cup and says here . And expects me to mix it inside of my vehicle. I’m truly disappointed with my Starbucks experience at this location.
