This location moves pretty fast they always have someone in parking lot taking orders which speeds up the process, but all 3 times I went I was very disappointed with my drink. It lacks caffeine and flavor, they taste quite watered down. I have tried the caramel crunch Frappuccino, caramel macchiato and their mocha hot drink and I was upset with all of them. I rather wait at any of the other locations.
Was so excited to order the new chocolate cream cold brew, they didn't have any cold brew. He offered it with ice coffee. Not my favorite but ok. Then I ordered the double smoked bacon sandwich. Didn't have those. Then a second choice, and they did not have that either. Finally I ask what do you have. Just overall, acting like waiting in their drive they line for 15 minutes to get nothing that I went there for is the norm. Sticking with my Starbucks.
The wait time is horrible. It took all of 20 minutes for a drink. Then the drink was TERRIBLE. I literally had to go back to the store for another drink..I've never had a horrible Starbucks Drink but this store graced me by far the worse one! DO NOT STOP HERE!!! At this point close the entire store down.
My breakfast sandwich was still frozen but it was supposed to be heated up. My coffee was water down and did not taste good at all. The staff here really need to take the time to get the customers order correct. It’s not all about pushing people in/out as quickly as possible. I definitely won’t be back.
Don't understand why this location must make things harder then needed. Placed a order for my drink to have light ice but didn't expect to to cheat me out on the drink. When I asked the employee at the window he said "that's the way we are shown to make the drink since you asked for light ice". Asked if he could remake or add more to it he told me that the supervisor said that it wasn't possible. So I then asked for the store manager and then was told that the store manager wasn't going to be back until another week. So the staff wasn't very helpful at all. I come to this location cause it's convenient and they close later then the other locations. But if I can't even get a full drink that I pay for then I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please reconsider coming to this location.
It's a busy Saturday and there is a giant now hiring sign. The drive through line is long and the lobby is packed. Some old lady under the pick up name Carter got sassy with the staff about her wait time and they kept their composure and even wished her a good morning despite clearly being in the weeds and short staffed. Yall be nice to these busy employees or stay home and make your own fufu coffee drinks.
During COVID why would the drive thru be closed and your parking lot can only hold 8 cars at best ?
I haven’t came to this location in months because they never have the supplies to make my drink, not even for a coffee. Decided to come today. Drive thru was closed… why? And went inside and everyone was standing around, seemed mad that I even came in. Went to pick up my mobile order, turns out they shut it down so I accidentally ordered to another location (this is is closest so I assumed I ordered to this one) Not mad that I ordered to another location but just disappointed this location always has problems. It’s literally so convenient and on my way to work. Sad that this location always disappoints me. Never coming again.
Have you ever walked into a place where everyone who works there is visibly miserable and genuinely seem to hate their job? Do you like to feel completely undervalued and insignificant as a customer? If that is how you like to start your day, then this is the place for you!Here is a customer tip. When you place a mobile order for a drink at this Starbucks, always add at least 15 minutes more to the time it gives you. Your drink will not be ready and it will most likely need to be remade. Their excuse is that they are understaffed. But when you see eight people working behind the counter, 2 other people waiting for drinks and an empty drive-thru, staffing is not the problem... The reason for this failure is the incompetent, apathetic, and ineffective management. The Starbucks corporation should be humiliated by this store.The silver lining to this is that there are so many other coffee shops around The Heights. The bad service, poorly made drinks, and apathetic staff are a great reason to try them out. Thanks for supporting local businesses Starbucks!
Usually never come this early in the morning because it's busy around 6 am. So i wanted to take advantage of the situation and ordered the most routine drink Hot Vanilla Latte except with Oat Milk. It's the most sad Vanilla Latte because they forgot the Vanilla. So I got espresso with steamed milk. Yeah I could of done this at home. I should of checked before I left but still, just sad.
